Great size and layout. Fantastic host who made our check in easy after a stressful day. All facilities on your doorstep and a fantastic beach. Apartment had everything we needed for our short stay.

Incredible, can’t wait to come back

Fantastic location right by the beach, bus stop to old town right outside, 8min ride. Supermarket and bakery onsite. Could not be more convenient, apartment was quiet and on 4th floor with balcony facing away from road, no noise. Maya went out of her way to help us. Aircon in each room, separately controlled for personal preferences

Super apartman

Everything was great, Maja is a perfect host who adapts to the guest’s needs and is always ready to advise and help. The apartment had all the necessary equipment and a huge terrace. 5 minutes to the beach, 1 minute to the bus stop to the city, and the parking spot in the underground garage was also excellent.

The curtain in the bathroom had a bit of an odor.

Family Trip to Dubrovnik

Great location in lapad, a stones throw from the beach, with shops, restaurants and the port all close by. The number 4 bus to old town also stops opposite the building. Perfect for us.

AMAZING APARTMENT

The apartment was amazing, It was spotless, the size was fantastic,very modern and it had everything you needed .Not that I cooked , as I was on holiday. The location for shops, cafe and bars and restaurants was brilliant especially with my elderly dad who had a walker with him . Maja was so nice , she arranged the transfers for me , supplied milk coffee juice and coke for me , as requested ,due to our arrival time , and a lovely touch was a bottle of wine and biscuits for my partners birthday . Definately go back and wouldn't want to stay elsewhere it was perfect . Close to the beach too !!! BONUS !!! . Bakery at the complex selling fresh bread and patisaries and a fantastic bar called Cafe Brazil ,with an amazing owner called peda. KOREAN resturant at the complex was fantastic. Supermarket sold everything you need. Brilliant place ,best I have stayed in . We spent more time acyually on the huge balcony than in the apartment itself , As the weather was far too nice to sit indoors. AND another bonus a washing machine. Didn't come home with a pile of washing .

Really perfect base to explore Dubrovnik, giving option of enjoying the beach and the Old Town

A great location for visiting Dubrovnik. !00m from the best beach in the area with loads of sunbeds bars and restaurants in vry easy walking distance. Lovely sunsets. Supermarkets x2 in the block, bakery, bars and a cinema - yet no noise in the apartment. Lapad Beach is a lovely place to relax. Easy access into the Old Town. We walked (40 minutes), we took the #4 bus (15 minute €2) and we took an Uber (€8). All super easy. Flat is clean, large enough and the kitchen is well-equipped if yu need it. Large balcony (north facing?) to take shade from the heat!

The apartment was very clean and tidy with good facilities. Maja, the host was very friendly and explained how everything worked when we arrived. There is a supermarket and other facilities on teh ground floor of teh apartment block so everthing was within easy reach.

Best apartment in Dubrovnik

Great apartment, the things we liked the most were the location, it is basically in front of the beach and the bus stop is right next to the apartment, there is also a grocery store, cinema and plenty of restaurants right below the apartment. I loved the free private parking in the underground garage. The apartment has also a big balcony, modern furniture and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely come back again the next time we visit Dubrovnik.

Location it’s great next to the beach, restaurants and shops. 10 minutes away from Old Town by cab and 30 by bus. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, lovely terrace for breakfast.

Sunsets to remember

Fantastic location! You can walk to the beach and the promenade with restaurants in a few minutes. The grocery shop is downstairs and a little bakery is a few steps away. Bus stop serving several lines is just in front of the building. The apartment is spacious, very clean and modern. You have all that you possibly need. And the balcony is just huuuge with big table to have a breakfast or dinner and sunbeds. Our host was very welcoming and kind. We loved our stay!

In no relation to this particular apartment. I guess all (most) apartments would be same: it seems that the walls are literally from paper. If you happen to have neighbors next door, you will hear every single word as if they are talking in your room..

Moderno, amplio y con todo lo necesario.

Está en una zona que tiene de todo a un minuto, playa, restaurantes, supermercado, bar, cafés, tiendas, parada de bus… el apartamento es muy nuevo y cuidado, amplio, con una terraza enorme desde la que se tiene vista lateral del mar. Camas cómodas. El paseo al atardecer junto a la costa y por el promenade de restaurantes muy agradable. Fuimos en uber al Sole Dubrovnik por 9 euros. El garaje amplio y de fácil acceso, de allí al apartamento subes en ascensor, no hay que cargar con las maletas.
