Perfect holiday in Dubrovnik.

It was a good choice to stay at this department and thanks to our host Mateo.

The location is very good, near of the beach and the bus station. We didn’t need the condition in August, because of the forest near the house and shadow. The host Mateo was very helpful.

Loved spending a few days here!

Mateo was awesome! He was on hand to answer any questions we had and provided an in-depth tour of the property and surrounding area.

I would have loved it to be a little more open, windows and corridor can make it seem a little cramped but everything overall was perfect and I’ll be back!

really good facilities, really clean, host was great, we were able to do our washing, decor is all new and modern, it was a little far from old town (45 minute walk) but we chose this for that reason! right by sunset beach, we done a snorkel tour with the managements recommendation and that was really good (even In the rain)

Top Appartement

Das Appartement war sehr modern und komfortabel. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hatte sogar Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Toaster. Auch der Waschtrockner war super, da die Wäsche durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit ansonsten nur sehr schwer trocken wurde. Die 2 Badezimmer waren auch sehe schön und sauber. Man hat auch im Gang viel Stauraum für das Gewand und den Koffern.

Wenn man öffentlich unterwegs ist, sollte man eine Station früher aussteigen. Es ist zwar ein wenig weiter zu gehen, aber man hat eine Straße anstatt viele Stiegen. Vor allem mit schweren Koffern ist es wesentlich angenehmer.

Зручне розташування, близько до моря. Гарно устаткована квартира. Багато місця, вистачить для всіх. Для тих, хто хоче самостійно готувати, є майже все необхідне. Що теж зручно - є духова шафа. Побажання були виконані в той же день. Господарі дуже приємні.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit neuwertigen Möbeln und guter Aufteilung. Zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Ruhige Lage.

Der Ort ist sehr weit oben, ca. 200 Stiegen bis zur unteren Straße. Für sportliche und Aktive Menschen sicher eine gute Herausforderung, für andere wäre ein Auto empfehlenswert. Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

apartamento super confortável , 3 quartos ótimos , sendo uma suíte e mais um banheiro no corredor . ótimo para 5 pessoas mas se forem mais pode ainda usar o sofá cama da sala . chuveiro bom, cozinha equipada , máquina de lavar roupa e louça . apartamento excelente . agradecer o Matteo pelas orientações e auxílio . Ainda deixaram chocolate e água para gente

O apartamento excelente . único ponto a se pensar é a localização porque fica mais acima de lapad . então tem que subir e descer escadas para ir a lapad ou pegar um Uber .Nada complicado mas fica o julgamento de cada um . Do mais nada . Para a Old town , Uber vem fácil no apartamento e custa menos que 10 euros

Une odeur pestilentielle d’égouts dans tout l’appartement qui a imprégné nos vêtements et nos sacs pendants de nombreux jours. -Appartement encaissé, assez sombre et sans aucune vue. - L’obligation de payer avec des espèces, sans être prévenu à l’avance , qui nous a mis en difficulté par rapport au plafond bancaire.
