Great value, quiet location, lovely view

We had a lovely few days here, everything was very clean and quality and such good value compared to other places in the area! We arrived late at night and the host Matija gave very helpful photos and instructions for self check-in. We spent some time at the pool area which is very well kept, as well as Lapad Beach area which is only a short walk away and has some lovely bars and restaurants along the promenade. There is a supermarket about a 5min walk away which was very handy, and also only a short walk to several bus routes (we got the no.6 into the Old Town for €2.50 each)

Some basic breakfast options would be a great addition to the booking, there were some coffee sachets provided but they weren’t the nicest in our opinion. But nothing really that would stop me booking again or recommending to others!

Lovely host, very quick to respond to messages. Comfortable room with all the necessary facilities. Lovely pool area with views. Good bus connections into Old Town (20mins)

Staff were lovely and helpful. Place was super clean. Incredible views from our balcony.

Great location in lapad. Only difficulty was with all the steps in the heat but once you got over that you were only a stones throw from beaches and restaurants.

Exceptional

We had a lovely stay. Nice location near to restaurants and near to the bus stop. We arrived late in the evening and Mattea was waiting for us. When we arrived she welcomed us with a drink and she explained everything around us and gave us some tips what to do. Definitely will be back.

Great location, very clean and nice amount of space, lovely hosts. Nice places to eat nearby, only a 10 minute bus to the Old Town. Lovely pool with a great view. The hosts went the extra mile for my partner’s 30th birthday (including giving us a bottle of champagne) which was a nice touch.

The mattress was firm which isn’t our preference (we understand it is for others), otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful property Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, letting us check-in early, giving us useful information about the area and providing luggage storage The pool was an amazing feature Great views from the villa of the beach Nice surprise to have fridge, safe, kettle and teabags/croissant in our room

There are lots of stairs up to the property from the beach but this was not a major issue for us

Great view from the pool area

1.- The room was not the one I booked, (Big bed) but insted we got two single beds. I mentioned we were a couple, so the room was nothing similar of what I booked, I guess as a gay couple we are not supposed to sleep on the same bed? 2.- The host was super lovely and attentive, however she took advantage of us 2 times, she recommended a restaurant saying it was the best in old town, Dubrovnik. We tried it and it was awful, so bad we couldn't understand why she suggested it. Until we realise the owner was her neighbour... Also she recommended a boat trip (The best experience in Dubrovnik btw) but we had to pay her cash only and only to her. We realised later on that she charged us extra £10 each for a ticket, why? I didn't see the need to take advantage of us that way as the property is very expensive already. 3.- You have to use around 300 steps up to arrive at the property, not easy. If you are gay and dont like to be taken advantage of, I wouldn't suggest it to you.

We were welcomed with a nice ice cold beer, the view at the property is absolutely amazing, location is great. only 10 mins from the Old City Dubrovnik. The lady gives you a map to show you where to get the local bus. local shops etc.

you could not fault this property what so ever. The owners are soo welcoming and a lovely family. my only issue was no English tv lol but they had WiFi so it wasn’t a problem.

If you want a relaxing oasis after a busy day exploring Old Town, this is the place for you!

The property is exactly as pictured and well worth the price! Rooms are small, though very well kept and clean, and the balconies/patios are spacious and offer great views. The property manager was so accommodating and kind. She offered us a welcome drink, restaurant recommendations and beach towels, and let us store our luggage and enjoy the pool on our final day despite the morning check out. The location in Lapad is fantastic, super close to Sunset Beach, and easily accessible to Old Town - either a quick bus ride or a 30-40 min walk.

Exceptional

The furniture was not of superior quality but pretty an nicely arranged. Tha bed was comfortable and we had real blankets instead of just sheets, which apparently is uncommon, even in October. It's not far to the beach and to restaurants and the bus to get to the old town is also very close. Our hostess greeted us with a glass of wine, which we enjoyed with the beautiful view of the sea.

The most exceptional stay ever

We stayed in Villa Boro II apartment and what a place it was. On arrival we were offered a drink by our lovely hostess and showed to our apartment. Very clean, all the bits and bobs you need and all in all a very comfortable and happy stay. The swimming pool and deck chairs were great and with beautiful views. The whole property was kept immaculately clean at all times and our hostess was always there to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this place, I will be for sure longing to come back soon.

Sraff, immaculately clean, lovely balcony, location to Dubrovnik and comfortable bed, good shower albeit small.

Room was a little small, we were only there 3 nights but if longer would have been an issue. Fridge noise during night, kept coming on and off.

L’accueil, la localisation proche d’une plage et des restaurants et le beauté du lieu font de cette location une petite pépite (la piscine particulièrement !)

La chambre trop petite ne correspondait pas aux photos de l’établissement. Mais elle était confortable et fonctionnelle.

Magnifique vue de jour comme de nuit , propriétaire accueillante, idéalement situé et bien au calme, pas besoin de voitu

La vue de la chambre est vraiment superbe et la piscine avec vue mer pour les beaux jours qu’on a eus, c’était super. Je recommande fortement ce lieu calme et paisible. Ps : Avoir de bonnes jambes car beaucoup de marche à monter en remontant de la plage.

Femme de ménage des 7h du matin qui passe dans les chambres voisines… ( un peu de bruits, 1 fois durant notre séjour )
