Only pointers: floor could’ve been hoovered better and if food is left in room it may attract ants. Location is very walkable to lapad strip and supermarket however a lot of stairs for the heat

Great location, beautiful views, the pool was lovely. Apartment itself was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Staff were friendly and the area was quiet but still very close to lots of local amenities

Hidden gem

A hidden little gem, tucked away from the busy restaurant/ bar strip. This property was possibly one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. Everything from the pool area, common area and apartment was exceptional. You could see the owners take great pride. Arrived late in the evening and was met with a complementary drink. The apartment itself is up a fair bit of step climbing from the strip but this is not something that would put me off. You are down into that area in less the five minutes. Easy access to a great bus service, the number 6 will bring you right into the centre of the old town in about 10/15 minutes. A return fare for both of us was less them €5. Used a cab too and that was only €10. I will be back to this property again for sure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🍀💚

The view is amazing. It is located on the top of the hil looking over lapad bay. it’s very relaxing and peaceful. The pool is amazing. it is located less than ten mins from old town.

Excellent location, very hospitable hosts and comfortable accommodations

No breakfast, location was ideal for travel to Old Town, restaurants and beautiful beach. Excellent pool on site. Downside was number of steps to get to activities, but not a deal breaker. Very easy to get to these destinations. Views from balcony were spectacular

Exceptional

Location is a 5 minute walk down to main strip. Everywhere was kept clean. Nice little pool area to have a swim in and relax that I never saw too full so that there wasn't room for anyone. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our baggage there after check out while we enjoyed our final day before a late flight home.

Only downside is the walk back to the apartment from the strip is up quite a few stairs.

We really liked Lapad as a location, and Villa Bora was great... great views, friendly hosts and a lovely pool. Hosts could not have been more helpful

It was all great. Possibly a bit nicer bedsheets, there did seem to be a few stains on them as there were no sheets on top to change/wash.

A wonderful trip

We were greeted by Matiya (the host) and a welcome drink as soon as we arrived, as well as shown a map of the area which included directions to the nearest supermarket, the strip etc. The apartment was clean and modern with a really comfortable bed, we instantly felt at home. The views and the pool area were gorgeous. All guests seemed in really good spirits because of Matiya and her families’ hospitality which was great.

If you don’t like stairs/hills, this property probably isn’t for you.

Views were incredible. The host made our stay so comfortable. We were greeted with a smile and some beverages on our arrival. Apartment was cleaned during our stay with fresh towels. We will be returning.

Access to the town of Lapad had quite a lot of steps (so consider this if you have mobility issues). However there is a roadway that you can use that taxis can drop you straight to the door. We did this when we got dropped from the airport as the bus stop is in the town.

It was fantastic, very friendly hosts, fantastic spot, incredibly helpful and professional while still warm and welcoming.

The aircon didn't work all the time and we couldn't adjust it, but we didn't speak to anyone about it so it's possible we were doing something wrong. We also found some lube in the side drawer which is either a strange feature, or an awkward cleaning error.

Loved every minute do clean and had a quite an up market feel

The host met us and we could immediately get into our apartment we had a welcome drink and a complimentary bottle of wine. The apartment had its own private seating area with fresh flowers lovely touch we also had flowers in the kitchen. The apartment was modern and light airy decor spotlessly clean and well equipped. The outdoor area was spotless very good comfortable sun beds great little pool plenty big enough snd a very welcome extra. Views were great over looking the bay not far from the main promenade, testy snd supermarket. The whole of Lapad is really clean very friendly lots of different restaurants to choose from. Lovely walk along the boardwalk and across to the sea. Laps is set on a hillside and we were two flights of steps above the town, each set is about 100 steps so not for those who can’t manage steps but don’t be put off if you don’t have mobility issues it’s well worth the effort. Can’t recommend this resort and accommodation enough

Fantastic accomodation

Everything was honestly outstanding, the hosts could not have done more for us during our stay and were both so kind. The accommodation itself is spotless, in an incredible location and has everything you need! The private pool is a luxury and plenty of sun loungers for you to relax at the villa! Wish we could have stayed longer! Bare in mind to get the views, there are a few steps to climb!

View was great. Room was great. Still a great value and I recommend staying their regardless of its flaws. You can Uber to downtown for like 10 bucks I think.

Difficult location as it's up a huge hill from the beach and local restaurants. The pictures make the pool look like it's on a rooftop, it's not. It's on the main floor, still nice though. The hours of the pool are laughable, I believe it was open from 9 am to 7 pm or something. I'm not sure they understand that people will be gone from the hotel during those hours. At least have it open until 11:00.

Nice owners and very helpful. The room size is good and has enough space to hang the clothes.

Unfortunately the shower head was broken and the water pressure low. We used 1 pool towel which needed to be exchanged and so we left on the floor as it is the way to show you need new towel. The cleaning lady just hung it. We used 1 coffee mug which was not cleaned and the welcome drink glasses were still there. The only thing she did was to take out the trash and make the bed. We don't consider it properly cleaned. Therefore, we didn't want the next day the room to be cleaned. The pillows were super hard and high making it uncomfortable. The kettle had a few white pieces in it. Not sure what they were but we cleaned it ourselves before using. The room otherwise was good. The pool isn't open to use after 7pm although the owner mentioned they can arrange it. Overall 5 over 10 to balance the hospitality with the mediocre cleaning.

The location, in the sense that going to the beach is possible, however you need to go down on very many staircases. Going up is very tiring and takes a long time and is only good for young people. I decided to take taxis to return to the room finally.

Really good holidays

The Location was near the Lapad Bay, about 5 to 10 minutes walk, the Hosts were amazing and very welcoming. The room was quite good and the daily cleaning was perfect ! The Bed was acceptable and comfy, but a better one would have been perfect. All the appartements are in a hill, it is the Dubrovnik's Landscape and so have to go threw few stairs to join the Villa. It was a pleasure to spend there a week and really happy to comeback

Nice pool

Nicely welcomed by the owner, with a shot of homemade cherry schnaps. Pool is extremely clean, it is being cleaned every night and doesn't have the dreaded chlorine smell to it. Would recommend. I also liked the proximity of public bus station (number 6 takes you to the Pile Station in 10 minutes ride).
