It was an enjoyable holiday.

The host, Marija, provided all the necessary information before our stay. She even sent a video explaining how to reach the apartment. She was very attentive, and overall, check-in was easy. The apartment had all the essentials, including an espresso machine and even a microwave. And also there was a washing machine. The building was located on a hill, so you had to either take a bus or climb stairs to get there (too many stairs like 300). Our unit had a terrace. On one of our days, there was rain and a storm, so it wasn’t possible to sit outside. A garden umbrella or awning would have been nice to have. There should have been a door between the two houses to separate them.

The pillows were very hard and high. The sofas also need a thorough cleaning and washing.

Fabulous apartment with everything you need.It was a home away from home.Located within walking distance of the beach and bus stop to Old Town.There are lots of steps but that is not unusual in Dubrovnik!It was also possible to get Uber into Old Town for €9.They stored our luggage for us and organised a taxi to the airport.The apartment was spotlessly clean.The host Marija was amazing.She had so much information on the area, how to get to the beach, restaurant recommendations etc.Her communication prior to and during our stay was outstanding and I would certainly recommend this apartment to others and return to it again.

Pretty view and old fashioned for a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We loved everything about the place especially the reserved parking and felt very safe and secure as there are many locks. Amazing view of the ocean and the beach from the top of the hill - which was a walking distance away. Nice two bathrooms for my family to use at the same time so there was no wait.

Nothing much except that WiFi is not working during the time that we were there, owner gave us another unit’s WiFi but only works in the living room. Not a big deal as we were always out anyway.

Our problem was that we did not understand the key safe for the gate, and it was a bit sticky to open, but our host helped us very quickly. Our host was exceptionally helpful, but we arrived on a public holiday and so had to eat out, as no shops were open to get supplies.

Maybe some long life milk in the fridge for coffee or tea on arrival.

Stunning views

We had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Dubrovnik. The place was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen which made it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to relax at home. The highlight for me was without a doubt the breathtaking sea view whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee on the terrace or relaxing in the living room, the view is simply stunning and never gets old. The apartment is situated in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood, where we felt very safe throughout our stay. We were also delighted by a few friendly local cats who would pop by in the evening to say hello. Dubrovnik is definitely a must visit destination for cat lovers! Our host, Marija, was incredibly kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed about the apartment and the surrounding area. She even arranged our transport from the airport, which was especially appreciated as we arrived late at night, and organised a late check-out on our departure day to suit our afternoon flights. The location was ideal just a short walk to the main Lapad beach, with the Old Town easily accessible by bus, which stops just around the corner. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. Highly recommended.

Less mobile visitors might struggle to climb the steps when returning from the beach but alternatives like a quick bus ride or Uber are always available.

Super clean, in a perfect location (quiet but yet very close to attractions, restaurants and grocery stores). The host Marija was super nice and was waiting for us to welcome us despite a midnight arrival. She had the apartment fully stoked with all necessities. Enjoyed having my morning espresso sitting on the apartment terrace looking down to the bay.

The location was perfect. The apartment is very well equipped with high-quality products. And the bonus is the super friendly host. We recommend the place.

The shower in the second bathroom wasn't closed, so the floor was completely wet at the end of every shower.

Simply the best!

The apartment is tastefully furnished and feels very warm and homelike. Host is very friendly and gave us useful local information and tips. Kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need, we especially liked Illy coffee maker, for which coffee was also provided. We were pleasantly surprised there is Netflix on TV. There is a great view from the terrace and terrace is ideal for drinking coffee or relaxing in the sun. We liked the location since it is in the heart of Lapad and close to everything. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic luxury apartment in Dubrovnik!

Beautiful, spatious apartment with everything you need for a great stay in Dubrovnik. It has a great bay and sea view for the windows and is 5 minutes on foot from the Uvala Lapad promenade. There is a free private parking in front of the building which is a big plus in Dubrovnik. Host is very kind and communicative, responds quickly and you can see they were thinking on every detail and that the apartment was decorated with lots of love. We will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended!

Excellent property wonderful owner

We loved the apartment and it’s quiet location. It was also very close to the bus that takes you into town The property owner was onsite and she was very kind welcoming and generous

The people I had anticipated giving me the keys were nowhere to be found I had to have a local person call them They were in Zagreb Luckily the home owner was there and was located but I was nervous for a bit that we would have a problem getting in

Magnifique emplacement plein de charme Hôte exceptionnelle

Nous avons tout aimé. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Dubrovnik. La vue sur mer depuis la terrasse est magnifique. L’appartement comme l’extérieur ont beaucoup de charme. L’appartement est très bien équipé et très propre et il y avait beaucoup de petites attentions. Marija la propriétaire est absolument charmante, elle fait tout pour satisfaire ses clients et se montre extrêmement réactive. Elle nous a également envoyé beaucoup d’informations afin de faciliter notre séjour. Merci 🙏
