Perfect beach location

The apartment is massive with balconies front and back, 200m walk to the beach, secure building, quite, facilities terrific. Bus stop right outside 4 euro to Old Town. Lifts, washing machine drying rack. Many restaurants, cinema, grocery store downstairs.

A truly wonderful and memorable stay in a stunning apartment – highly recommended! 🌟

The apartment was beautifully maintained, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Dubrovnik, with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Maja was very welcoming and made sure everything was smooth during our stay.

Great location - next to beach, close to Boardwalk and scenic trail, on top of a supermarket for convenience.

Minor issue with hot water, but probably because 4 of us took turns showering, so the 4th person only had lukewarm water. Probably should have waited a little for more hot water, but we just powered through. Water pressure was great though.

the apartment was modern and well equipped and it is on the perfect spot for everything, walking distance to the beach, strolling the promenade, restaurants, grocery and bakery just below the apartment, even cinema.the Cave bar is worth visiting. very accessible to the bus stop. Maja was an excellent host!

Perfect place for your Dubrovnik trip!

This was perfect for our trip! The apartment had 2 bedrooms which was great for us. There was a full bathroom, kitchen, living space and 2 balconies. We loved being within walking distance of many restaurants with a sunset view. We also appreciated the bus stop right out front that took us right to old town within 10 minutes. The host was friendly, kind, helpful and responsive. Parking onsite for free is a bonus.

Good apartments, very welcoming host who provides very useful intro information. However the main advantage is that you literally do not need to worry about food or activities as the grossery store, backery, restorants are located in the same building and you just need to use a lift.

Big apartment with everything you need to feel comfortable. Beach 150m, supermarket and coffeeshops downstairs. Lapad promenade with restaurants and little souvenir shops right next street. Maja our host was very responsive and friendly.

Perfect flat and location for families with children

Beautiful, spacious and spotless clean flat with two balconies and all the amenities you or your kids might need for a perfect stay. You even have a handheld vacuum cleaner for those small crumbs your kids leave around and a fluffy blanket for them. Just perfect! There's also a grocery store and a great Korean restaurant on the ground floor, beach with a playground (in front of the restaurant) reachable in 3-5 toddler-minutes and even more restaurants in the pedestrian zone near the beach with another playground. For our visit to the old town we used the bus since there´s a bus station in front of the door and it takes only 10-15 min to get to the old town. We really enjoyed our stay and were glad we´ve booked this flat since it is just perfect for families.

Große Wohnung in einer TOP-Lage

Absolut Top-Lage: Bushaltestelle gerade mal 1 Gehminute entfernt, in der Appartmentanlage gab es einen kleinen Supermarkt, einen Bäcker, ein Kino, Restaurants und eine Tiefgarage. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns die Wohnung gezeigt hat und etwas zur Lage erzählt hat. Die Wohnung war mega groß und sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Waschmaschine, mit sehr bequemen Betten und ein sehr großen Küche und 2 Balkonen, einer davon hatte seitlichen Meerblick. Mega schön! Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich nett und bemüht sich wahnsinnig sehr, dass die Mieter sich in Ihrer Wohnung wohlfühlen. So gab es z.B. bei Ankunft für Kinder verschiedene Kekse und Säfte im Kühlschrank.

Appartement très bien situé avec le bus n04 vous emmenant directement à la vieille ville de duBRovnik juste devant la résidence.
