An amazing Villa in an amazing town with amazing people.

Amazing villa in an amazing location in an amazing town. Short walk to castle, restaurants, bars etc. The villa had everything you need/want out of a holiday rental. Ivan the host was just amazing in helping us settle in and made sure we enjoyed beautiful Dubrovnik. This villa had a 180degree view of the sea. Absolutely beautiful. Spa, swimming pool and a view from every room. Just amazing.

Villa Paulina is truly amazing; every corner of the house is a surprise. Very close to the city, just a 10-minute walk, with beaches and supermarkets nearby – we couldn’t have asked for better. Ivan is very friendly and always ready to help; we didn’t miss a thing. It has a jacuzzi and a sauna, with more than enough bedrooms. The pool and the piano made the stay even better.

There is nothing to point out, it is truly spectacular.

Absolutely amazing! Super clean, great location, fabulous bedrooms, bathrooms & pool area. Perfect base for our friend’s Hen party. Ivan was so helpful and hospitable, arranging breakfast deliveries & airport transfers. 10/10

We kept saying that nothing will ever top this experience. Everything exceeded our expectations! The place was beautiful, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. The villa was decorated beautifully, each room different. We loved the outside space and the hot tub was a great addition. Having the ability to have a chef cook for us too was amazing! Its also just a short walk from the town, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Ivan, the villa owner, was an amazing host too helping me organize everything from transfers to the private chef and a game of thrones tour. thank you!
