The apartments are quite new and well presented and in a fabulous location!

Our host messaged us to advise that here colleague would meet us at the property and then she explained all the details of each apartment to us in person when she found us. The apartments were very well appointed and it was fabulous to have a choice of three outdoor areas in which to relax. The apartment was very well located within easy walking distance of the Old Town and the Port and Lapad Beach.

The instructions as to where the property was in relation to statue were a little vague but some locals helped us find the right door. The twin rooms are small and we had to store luggage un the living rooms but we only ever sat outside so that was not really a problem for our group.

Great location, good apartments especially for groups

Perfect location about 800 m walk to Old Town (Pile gate). The three apartments together were great for our group. View of the Adriatic. Quite location. Well equipped ( including washing machines).

Amazing!

The hosts were always in touch over text/call, and someone met us to hand over the keys making it very simple for us to find the apartments. Each apartment was spacious, having a living room, kitchen and bathroom. All fittings looked new. Lovely terraces and lounge furniture. Didn't feel like we were missing anything!

Location is very accessible to a lot of places such as groceries, old town of Dubrovnik and the bus stop.

Wi-Fi signal is weak especially in the rooms.

Exceptional

Size of the appartments - Privacy of the Villa - Good wifi - Well equipped appartments - Very quiet location - Very friendly staff who were very hepfull and made things easy at check in.

Just one thing, in one of the appartments we ran out of hot water after the first day. We never had hot water again (but just in one of the three appartments). We did not say anything because we prefered to spend the time visiting the city but I am sure they would have fixed it right away if we would have said anything

The Villa had an amazing view. The walk from the villa to old town was only like 10 min too.

The wifi wasn't so great. the wifi was slow and didn't reach far to certain rooms.

Exceptional

The apartment was excellent and the hosts where so friendly and helpful! The location could not be better. There is a great champagne bar 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment which was super nice. Worth a visit for sure!

We had all three apartments grouped around 3 terraces and it made a perfect location to gather as a family! A short walk from the old town and a stones throw from many lovely swimming locations.

The windows with a wonderful view across the sea were not great at keeping the noise of the road out at night.

Great place to stay just outside the Old Town of Dubrovnik.

Clean, fresh and modern. Excellent air conditioning which was very much appreciated considering the temperature being 32 degrees. Isabelle and her staff were very helpful and replied to any questions we had efficiently and in a helpful manner. We were able to leave our luggage behind despite a 10am checkout as we had a late flight home. If you arrive at night don’t be too put off in the darkness. The location initially alarmed us but in daylight and once you find your bearings it’s an OK location. Beautiful views from the terrace and the front bedroom of our apartment.

Unfortunately there were not enough sun loungers for our family of four, only 2 loungers between the 3 apartments. Plenty of seating on the upper and lower terrace and parasols which is a communal space. We made it work for us by using some of the seating cushions on the upper terrace next to the loungers to bathe and managed to enjoy the outside space A plunge pool would have made the outside space even better.

Great comfortable stay.

Good location with an extremely comfortable apartment with all amenities. The host, Victor was very nice and approachable. He allowed us early entry into the Apt.

A microwave would have been useful even though there is an oven.
