Great Stay

Very pleasant stay, especially we arrived late due to delayed traffic and the host had no issue waiting for our check-in

Not far away from old town. 10 mins to old town by uber or bus (though bus not frequent). Clean and spacious for 3 people. Nearby to supermarket (2 mins walks).

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone and will definitely use it again

The location was good, small bakery, supermarket and pizza place were down the road. The style of the apartment was contemporary and suited our taste. Any issues were resolved immediately.

I would prefer to see the pictures of all types of apartments not just the biggest ones. The kitchen working top was not big enough for cooking. As there was no proper shower tray and the drain was not working properly there was always a lot of water on the floor after taking shower especially if we were using the big shower head.

Modern, comfortable with all amenities. Easy access to old town and local attractions. Host was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

We will stay here again anytime. Really appreciate the property management and the quality of the place.

It’s a fantastic apartment, very high quality and truly luxurious. Everything was high quality. Market, pizzeria and bus stop was less than 2 mins away. The apartment manager was super responsive and hand delivered the key to us at 1am (well past midnight).

The hot water system while looked new, took forever to reheat once the tank was empty. While we knew the location was away from old town at the time of booking, 30 min walk, the summer heat made it seem much further away. No fault of the propriety or the listing, just something to know.

It was awesome we loved it

All. It’s immaculate. Overlooking. Tucked in a good location between old town and city. Large balcony. Modern bathrooms. Modern kitchen. My children were very happy and comfy. The services during our stay is also great. The owner Ms Rausion is very pleasant and professional.

Lovely modern & clean apartment. Close to grocery & bakers & bus stop to Old Town. Small covered outdoor space was great.

Would have been handy to have a dishwasher, washing machine, & toaster but these were not a dealbreaker

Great location, lovely apartment perfect if you have mobility problems

Perfect location. Also you can get to your apartment door via a lift from the car park. There are also no stairs from the street to the apartment so for people with mobility problems or bad knees/hips it’s perfect.

If you have a car the parking is €15 a day.

Molto buono

Appartamento nuovo e molto pulito. Cambio completo asciugamani ogni 2 giorni. Garage comodo coperto. Abbastanza vicino a città vecchia raggiungibile in 5 min di bus e 20 min a piedi. Alimentari vicinissimi. Gestori molto gentili.

Tra le numerose dotazioni della cucina manca una moka per il caffè (per un italiano è importante :))

O gazda foarte bun, cazarea foarte moderna si utilata cu toate cele necesare! Spatiul terasei foarte mare cu o masa cu scaune la care sa iti servesti cafeaua in fiecare dimineata. Am avut si parcare pentru autoturism contracost, dar este normal avand in vedere preturile foarte ridicate la parcarile din oras.

Nu au existat aspecte care sa nu ne placa. Cazarea ne a ajutat sa avem o vacanta reusita! Felicitari gazdei!

Superbe logement, idéal pour visiter Dubrovnik à partir du quartier de Gruz

Nous étions en couple et avons logé au rez-de-chaussée pendant 4 nuits Accueil parfait de la part de Ruzica pour nous donner les clés, nous expliquer tous les détails de l'appartement, et qui a été serviable tout au long de notre séjour Appartement moderne, très bien équipé, dans un immeuble très récent Literie hyper confortable Climatisation Terrasse extérieure privative très agréable et accessible directement depuis le salon pour prendre le petit déjeuner et le dîner lorsque nous n'allions pas au restaurant (attention toutefois, au rdc vous n'avez pas la vue sur la mer mais sur quelques plantes ce qui n'était pas un problème pour nous) Parking privé en-dessous de l'immeuble (15€/jour certes mais Dubrovnik est une telle galère pour se garer que c'est une bonne option > on gare la voiture et on ne la prend que pour rayonner autour de Dubrovnik si on en a envie) La vieille ville est à 20 mn à pied, c'est tout à fait faisable (il y a un bus qui s'arrête devant, on ne l'a pas pris car il passe toutes les 1/2 heures et on ne sait pas trop quand...)... Le quartier de Gruz est plutôt sympathique bien que très différent de la vieille ville bien évidemment

Pas grand chose à dire de négatif, si ce n'est que l'équipement est vraiment pour 2, pas plus (ça tombe bien, nous étions 2...). Par ailleurs Dubrovnik est une ville de collines, l'immeuble se situe un peu en hauteur, donc si vous avez peur des marches et des côtes, cette ville n'est pas faite pour vous ;)

Πήγαμε με καλή διάθεση. Σε γενικές γραμμές το δωμάτιο είναι πάρα πολύ καλό και το προτείνουμε

Δεν είχε πρωινό. Αρκετά καλή τοποθεσία. Μου άρεσε ηρεμία και ησυχία που είχε τόσο από τους υπόλοιπους ενοίκους όσο και από την υπόλοιπη γειτονιά. Η Ευγένεια, η αμεσότητα και η προθυμία των οικοδεσποτών.

Θα μπορούσα τουλάχιστον μία από τις πέντε ημέρες να καθάριζαν εσωτερικά το δωμάτιο καθαρίστριες που ερχόντουσαν με για να αλλάξoυν σακούλες αλλά στις πέντε μέρες άλλαξα μόνο μία φορά τις πετσέτες και καμιά τα σεντόνια

Déception

La propreté et la climatisation dans les chambres

2 personnes ont dû dormir dans un canapé lit dans le salon car il y a qu'un seul lit double parmi les 3 chambres dans cet appartement. A savoir, l'appartement se trouve à 30 minutes de marche de l'entrée de la vieille ville. Il n'y a pas de place pour se garer sauf dans un un garage privé à 15 euros/jour. Il n'y a pas de parasol sur la terrasse.

Très agréable par la gentillesse des croates et la beautz de cztte ville et ses iles ! Satisfaction du groupe

Sa situation, la modernité et les mobiliers à disposition. Le passage pour la ramasser la poubelle au quotidien et le changement de serviettes de toilette étaient au top 👍🏼

Il y aurait quelques améliorations à apporter : un peu plus de couverts (4 de chaque est un peu juste). Un seul torchon pour toute la semaine…🙁 et une raisonnance entre les appartements (les personnes au dessus de nous marchaient très tard et on entendait tous les pas, ainsi que les écoulements d’eau dans les colonnes d’évacuation. Il serait aussi bien de prévoir un parasol pour l’extérieur, il n’était pas possible le de déjeuner le matin …
