Nice apartment with a balcony looking at the sea and old town. Close to sea. Anyhow you need to go down 250 steps - that is a good number for Dubrovnik. There is one stone beach under the house with ladder access to the sea. Nice and not crowded. The other two stone/sand beaches are about 10-15 minutes walk. There is a bus stop close to appartment but just one line going there and not so often. Good for going to the old town.
Bads could be better. Too much soft for me. Not so much equipment in the kitchen if you want to do some bigger cooking. But it is not a big problem.

The location was perfect. Close enough to Old Town to make the walk or Uber ride simple enough, but far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle of the old city. The entry was right off one of the main roads leading to Old Town and there were only 10 stairs to manage (something few other locations can say!). St. Jacob's Beach is a 10-minute easy walk away and a hidden gem.
