Great value.

Location. Staff. Beds. Hotel is handy for two metro stations. Is a short walk to Arc de Triomphe. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding is excellent and beautifully laundered. Bathrooms can be small but are well appointed.

Do not stay here - much better hotels available

Nothing went well really apart from the location of this hotel. The rooms are small, there is no view at all.

We were three people travelling - made clear on the booking as booked a room for 3. Was told there was 2 beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was literally springs! There was no mattress or duvet just a sheet on the springs - we asked for a matress to be provided but were declined saying they dont have one! We then asked for an additional duvet again were told they dont have one but will try. We went out returned at 3am only to find there was no additional padding or duvet provided. Sleep was disrupted due to this. IN the morning I asked for a dental kit and was told this is not available - which hotel does not have a dental kit? I left a negative review yesterday and was called by the manager of this hotel to delete the review in return for a full refund which I did but I was not refunded either. This place is a shambles.

I’m definitely going to stay here next time I visit Paris!

The personnel are very friendly and helpful. The room was really cosy and spacious enough for a family of three.

Everything was really nice but the breakfast could have more variety and they should replenish the food. Just one day I found some leftovers from scrambled eggs and bacon and I was there at 9:00 so not too late not to refill them.

This is a very nice, clean hotel with helpful, friendly staff. The location is perfect for exploring Paris. Bedrooms are small but well equipped. Breakfast items are super fresh and excellent quality but a little more variety might be good.

Overall it felt ch a bit underwhelming for its price , considering the service. There are other alternatives in the same

Location Staff politeness

Our AC didn’t function properly for the first 2 nights of our stay, alternatives were provided ( portable AC ) but it wasn’t what we were expecting at all. The room we were allocated at check-in was not the one we initially booked. Another room was provided tho. They don’t reply on time on their wahatsup chat, sometimes took 5-6 hours to text back. They don’t pick up the phone either. Breakfast items were fresh, but the selection was a bit underwhelming. The fire alarm woke us up at 7 in the morning, 3 days in a row for no reason, nobody apologized for that inconvenience.

This is a perfect hotel for a weekend of sightseeing.

We loved this hotel. We had a comfortable room that was immaculately clean. We stayed on 3 of the hottest days of the year and there were some issues with the air conditioning. The staff changed our room and made sure that the issue was resolved. Breakfast was lovely and had a good choice. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Very well placed for metro so easy to get to places to see in paris

On the whole a very well located easy place to stay, except for the FIRE ALARM FIX IT!

Location was perfect and so easy to use the metro to get around. Got to the hotel and air con already on in the room was very thoughtful. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Asked for a view and had a view of other buildings at the same height. Lift is small and room was small.

The breakfast area was just so Zen, it was a pure pleasure. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. And the room was huge for Paris standards.

The staircase is pretty uncomfortable and the Hotel is definitely not for people with reduced mobility.

Excellent location. Quieter and less hectic than central Paris

Great location. Great reception staff. Delicious homemade cake at reception was a lovely touch.

Cleaners were average. Happy to reuse towels, we’d hung to dry but cleaners rearranged them awkwardly (out of their way to clean) which meant they wouldn’t dry. Fresh drinking water each day would be appreciated without needing to request. Likewise, milk for the fridge upon arrival instead of requesting would be lovely.

Perfect place to stay in Paris if looking for somewhere to rest between busy days and close to transport.

A lovely room for us to rest in during our very busy Paris trip. Staff were very friendly, happy and were always smiling. Room in itself was small but was perfect for what we needed and the surrounding area felt very safe. Was also close to the metro station. We didn’t have breakfast or drinks at the hotel but the area looked very pretty and welcoming.

Perfect location, great stay, superb staff!

We had the most perfect stay. The location was so convenient for us and in close proximity to the start of the Paris Marathon which is why we had booked it. Having had such a wonderful stay, this will now be our go to hotel in Paris. The room was perfect size, with all the amenities needed (the hand soap was beautiful, the bed comfy, and having tea and coffee in the room was an added bonus) however the staff really made our stay so special. Everyone we interacted with was so helpful and kind, offering dinner recommendations and bringing up an iron when we needed and storing our bags for us after checkout while we had a few extra hours to explore. Breakfast was delicious with a little bit of everything to enjoy. Thank you so much! There was a grocery store and pharmacy over the road, and plenty of casual and more upscale restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel is also close to multiple metro stops depending on travel needs.

Loved this hotel! The room was cute and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious (compared to most bathrooms in this price range in Paris) and... it had an actual bathtub. The decor is so pretty, and the staff are friendly. Oh and if you're into good food and coffee, I can highly recommend Inform Cafe for coffee, and Gabylou for lunch/dinner/wine. Both are within a 5min walk.

I booked a room on the morning of check in, after escaping another hotel. This was absolute heaven!!

As soon as I stepped into the Hotel, I felt happier and when I reached their lounge area, I felt a weight lift off my shoulders. The place was bright, airy, modern and cute. It was perfect. Places in Paris are small, but this was laid out perfectly. Hats off to the architects and interior designers. I felt at peace here. The room was modern, the bed was comfy, the shower was roomy and the general aesthetics were delightful. The sunlight that trickled into my room in the morning was heavenly. The staff greeted me with kindness and I wish I’d bought them flowers to say thank you for the loveliest stay.

I wish I didn’t have to leave! I’ll be back!!

Everything is complete. In addition to no toothbrush and toothpaste, there are other Kettle, hair dryer, coffee maker, mini refrigerator and bath products. The room is a bit small and the bed is not big, but it is very comfortable and the environment is also very quiet. It's only a 10 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The most crucial thing is the service attitude of the staff, which is really great! Extremely enthusiastic, considerate, and friendly！

The price is slightly expensive, and the elevator door is somewhat malfunctioning
