Value for money I think the price per night for the value of the room and facilities are not right - bed sheets were dirty hair all over the bed. Everything mentioned on the booking about the room was based on by request nothing in the room heater needs attention. The terrace was by all means very bad and the view was in the back of the building nothing to see except walls of a back buildings.

Beautiful boutique hotel, great location near the Arc di Triomphe, cool decor and lovely staff.

Great location, super central close to Arc de Triomphe. The staff are lovely and super friendly, nice spa rooms downstairs. We preferred to go out for breakfast so can’t comment on that, but the bed was comfy and excellent shower. It’s a cool boutique hotel, really trendy ELLE magazine decor

Room advertised as ‘large double bed’ it is not, it is 2 single beds pushed together, I always ask in advance if this is the case as I absolutely hate it, end up falling down the gap, so you should be honest about this. Also, please please sort the lighting the room, only low light option available. So near impossible to do make up, especially once the bathroom is steamed up after showering. Same with the ‘shower room’ downstairs, we could barely see in there too! It’s more frustrating than relaxing.

Room very small Light very bad Bed not comfortable Breakfast very limited no variation They close the entrance and I have to wait for someone to open inside multiple time happened to me First day I have to stay in apartment then there was no alevator and my bag was very heavy the reception said I will do it by my self but if you want there is another room you can smaller than the apartment and I didn't get my money back oky you give different room but definitely smaller and price different

The cosy room was small and the toilet was in the closet and the fan in the toilet did not work. the air conditioning did not work and it was hot at night even though it was early April

Such a clean, cozy and beautiful place! Really felt like home. Every detail is thought through. Great collection of fashion books and magazines in the shared space. Extremely nice and friendly service. P.s. loved the body lotion!

The water supply. They refill water bottles for the customers which they did not sanitize the bottle. I have had my water with dirt bits which really puts my off. They must find another solution to this because drinking bottles after someone is unhygienic

Perfect Paris Weekend

The hotel was in the perfect location for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, was plenty of choice which saves time and money finding somewhere before heading out. The room was lovely and the bed was amazing, in fact we both haven’t slept so well in years. Would definitely recommend this hotel 5stars

Has potential to be great

Clean, tidy, modern hotel in central Paris. Staff were lovely and it was convenient for shopping and the opera not far away.

Room was tiny (smaller than all others we've stayed in in Paris) with open plan and shower behind the bedhead. Oversized shower head looked good but was completely impractical for the tiny shower. Housekeeping attentiveness could be improved compared to where we stayed at the beginning of our trip in the 6th. Unfortunately the room wasn't well equipped, no fridge in the room even for milk and we had to ask for everything - from water to toiletries. We added breakfast for the convenience but it was very average - no fruit, no yoghurt, very limited selection overall. It advertised that they had a bar with service, happy hours and so on but in reality, just a small self-service bar in the library.

the place location is great, close to everything but finding a taxi from in front might be diffucult to get due to Hotel is in middle of city

Hotel facilities are almost zero, breakfast is weak and employees on kitchen was strange, we asked to cook him for a fried egg and gentlemen face became cold and upset didnt understand why..

Wonderful 8-Night Stay

The room was spacious, the staff was WONDERFUL and WARM. They had good pastries for breakfast and would still dream about those madeleines. Location was near restaurants and supermarkets

Definitely a cosy room, but very well kitted out with a lot of smart technology. High level of comfort. French balcony to let some Fresh air in. Central location close to the Arc de Triomph
