Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I’d definitely stay here again! Emily at front desk gave excellent recommendations

The reception staff were incredible. We felt so welcomed as soon as we arrived. The room itself is very small but was very impressed with how clean and well decorated it was. Small rooms are to be expected in Paris, and since it was just one night it was certainly manageable. Great stay overall!

Cute, safe little hotel, very close to Arc de Triomphe. Night staff very charming and helpful; very basic breakfast and small elevators. Small rooms with cozy beds; overall it was good as we spent the days out and just returned late to sleep. We (three couples,, three rooms) liked it very much and would stay there again.

The hotel was perfect for our family of four. We were able to have two adjoining rooms that worked out so well. The hotel is wonderfully located right near the Arc de Triomphe, yet on a quiet street. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, especially Emily who went above and beyond by emailing us information and maps around our interests.

Great location and really good for the price. Christina was really friendly and helpful to us and made the stay feel really comfortable and welcoming. Rooms are small but not unmanageable. Light fixtures are a bit noisy when turned on. Breakfast was good too, and they let us check in early and gave us a quiet room. Overall great experience

Beautiful little hotel with excellent friendly helpful staff and very convenient location to the metro! Rooms are small but to be expected for Paris. On the last day, the staff member went above and beyond to have breakfast ready for us very early in the morning as we had to leave for the airport.

Adorable property conveniently located a few blocks from the arc de Triomphe. The staff were excellent - very kind and provided too notch service. The hotel itself was not atypical for Paris - smaller, thin walls, etc. I did find noise to be a factor - I could hear the entire conversation happening in the room next to me which kept me from sleeping. The bed was a bit uncomfortable - but comfort levels vary by the person. The ac worked ok but not amazing and I couldn’t find a position to sleep in without it blowing on my face. Cleanliness seemed fine. Bathroom was a generous size, but had difficulty drying out and getting my towel completely dry. Overall good hotel for the location with excellent service.

This small hotel is located in a great spotin walking distance of the Champs Elysees and directly in the line of sight with the Arc de Triomphe. There are numerous cafes and restaurants literally around the corner and a supermarket if you need anything else. The facility was clean and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and made our stay very pleasant.

Hotel Elysee Etoile is in a perfect location near the Etoile but on a relatively quiet street. Metro is near by, very convenient for walking or riding. The hotel is no frills but very comfortable, very clean, safe, with someone at the front desk 24/7. The breakfast was ample, good and fresh and reasonably priced. The best thing about the hotel are the warm and welcoming, helpful staff. All were great and helpful, but especially Christina who was on duty when I arrived. All of those who work at the hotel, others on the desk, the lady who cleaned, the lady who managed breakfast were all extremely helpful. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay there again. Side note...this is a 2 star hotel, and usually when in Europe I stay at 4 star..but this hotel was superior to many of those in cleanliness and staff.

The reason I rate our stay as poor is because we were given a room for 4 nights with a window looking at an airshaft, so very little light. The bed was too firm for my sciatica so asked if they could cushion my side some way or if another room had a softer bed, but nothing was done while we were out for the day. The front desk staff was always different from day to day so I just gave up asking because the person would not know of our request. It was very convenient to the Arc de Triomphe and restaurants and shopping. There are many other hotels in the area that may be better. My fault for staying at a 2 Star, but it had a high rating of 8.3. Sometimes you never know what you're going to get despite photos and ratings.
