A cute well located hotel for business travel

The design is quite nice, nice light fittings, all looks quite new, nice furniture.

The room is tiny, no wardrobe, barely any space to hang your clothes (didn’t have hangers either), no mini fridge.

Modern, clean and in a fantastic location. Check in was easy and prompt. A 2 minute walk to the arc de triomphe / metro and bus stop! Rooms were immaculate and tasteful. Couldn’t fault the hotel excluding the holding deposit.

I wasn’t aware of a holding deposit of €100 at time of check in. We had enough on us to pay this while we were visiting but I would have liked a warning at time of booking that this would be requested.

Firstly the glass water bottle broke in my hand when I lifted it to have a drink cutting my thumb I have had to have 2 stitches in it today when I got home. When I told the staff what happened they looked like they didn’t believe it smashed in my hand. The young lady and older gentleman were great however the younger male was extremely miserable and rude. We weren’t told about the city tax and when we returned to our room the second day they had removed our access to our room with all our belongings….we weren’t approached and asked to pay this tax which was disgraceful really. We were given only 1 bath towel between us and no toilet roll so had to ask. Bathroom door wouldn’t close properly

Beautiful hotel in a great location, but safety was poorly managed during the football chaos

The hotel is beautiful and well-located, but for the high price we paid, we expected much better service and basic safety measures.

We stayed at this hotel during the football championship in Paris, and unfortunately, our safety was not ensured at all. The lobby was filled with strangers who didn’t seem to be guests, and there was a strong smell of fireworks and tear gas even reaching the rooms. The receptionist was unresponsive and more interested in what was happening on the street than helping guests.

Beautiful hotel with really friendly staff and everything you need.

Such a beautiful little hotel in a great location. The spa area is a lovely addition after a long day of walking in the city. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Staff were super helpful and even offered breakfast on the house as we left. Would definitely recommend!

Minor issue but when we were going to the spa there were no more towels available. Given that we have to book a time slot this should have been taken care of. But we figured it out.

A little gem of a hotel.

Great location. Staff were extremely helpful with a problem caused by Air France losing one or our suitcases, particularly Michel and one of the girls too. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was immaculate, and the shower brilliant.

Great location, the manager at the reception was really professional and helpful unlike the one we met during our check-in

The room is too small, the standard room doesnt have a window the other availavle standard room with window you have to climb a very narrow stair that is not practical with an old person or a baby so we had to upgrade and pay the difference to get another room with a window that is easly accessible. But honestly we paid it with a discount as they felt we are frustrated. The receptionist that did our check in was too cold but later when we discussed the matter with the manager he was very friendly. The room service wasnt that good the room need a deep clean as there was dust under the bed and the side tables and the balcony had spider web.

The hotel was really new and clean, and had a really sleek look. It was very welcoming, the room had a good style and the balcony was lovely.

Service service service. I was sent to the wrong room on checking in. There were already people in the room I was sent to. There was hardly any space in the room to move around. No closet/cupboard to hang things, no refrigerator, not even enough shelves. Servicing of the rooms although included, is poor. The only thing that happens is tucking in the bedding and change of towels. The room did not see a vacuum cleaner for the 5 days I was there. The rooms dont have any windows or ventilation and the air-conditioning is iffy. Can get super stuffy at night!
