Luxury Hotel, great staff and excellent location

First of all pillows were the best pillows that I used in my entire life, I'm not even kidding. It was pretty silent, Arc de Triomphe is only 5 minutes walk and so does Champs Elysees. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was very quick, they only charge 100 euros as deposit keep that in mind.

Elevators are pretty slow even thought otel is only 6 storeys. If your room is facing toward Rue des Acacias -there are a couple of markets- it might get a little noisy around 5 a.m. since those markets gets shipments etc. Other than that everything was perfect.

My stay was wonderful, relaxing, and beyond my expectations. The staff were outstanding.

My stay exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a large bed and a bathroom bigger than most hotels in the area. Daily housekeeping was excellent. Before arrival, I requested an extra bed and was impressed by the hotel’s attention, as they contacted me in advance to confirm my child’s age in order to provide a suitable and comfortable bed. Check-in was smooth and fast, and the room was ready upon arrival. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Special thanks to Romane, who contacted me personally and ensured everything was perfectly arranged. The location is outstanding, with a very good grocery store nearby and just a few minutes’ walk from the Champs-Élysées. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

Nice hotel in a good location

The location was good. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was ok Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. 5 mins walk to metro stations and Arc De Triomphe.

Rooms on the road side can be noisy. Linen trucks and garbage trucks were arriving late at night (after 11pm) and early in the morning.

all was good with the check in to the check out the room I got was good > the staff here were really very cooperative and always ready to help they gave me all the information I wanted to know about the metro which one to take plus arranged a taxi for me to the airport after check out > this place was about 5 minutes to the station so was easy to walk > well I enjoyed my stay which was just a short one > the breakfast nothing special but good >

The hotel itself is very nice — clean, modern, and well designed. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around.

I checked in after lunchtime for a three-night stay. After sleeping two nights, on the third morning around 8 a.m. I told the morning receptionist I wanted to check out one day early because the bed was extremely soft and caused back pain. I also contacted Booking.com, but the hotel didn’t reply for hours. Later, when I called again to ask about my request, I was speaking with a lady at reception when the same morning receptionist suddenly took the phone from her without introducing himself. When I asked who he was, he rudely told me that I had to identify myself first — even though he had entered the conversation in the middle. When I came back around 2 p.m. to ask why no one had responded, he said they wouldn’t do anything about the bed or allow an early checkout. He was dismissive and argumentative in front of another staff member. Later, while I was in the lobby using the Bolt app to order a taxi, he wrongly accused me of taking his photo. I felt ignored, disrespected, and wrongly accused while trying to resolve a genuine issue. I ended up staying all three nights because they refused to accept a checkout.

Convenient location if you are trying to get out of the city. Walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. Lovely staff. They were friendly and helpful. Ibraheim was charming and offered us an upgrade at check-in.

Beautiful hotel, with a hidden gem!

Beautiful property, great location close to the Arch, and public transit. Breakfast was good (best hotel eggs ever). They had a really nice (good size, and amenities) spa / Hammam .. which was private and free with a reservation!

The dry sauna was great, perfect temp, but the steam room was not working, apparently needed a new unit. If it had been, we would have given the hotel 5*.

Budget Simple Hotel

We travelled from Gare du Nord via Public bus #43 which was easy. Hotel was a 3 minute walk from Bus Stop Air con was great.

First night the Bar was not open Second night there was too much noise from the bar till past midnight. Room servicing was very late (after 3:30) We had been out all day in the extreme heat and the lady had only just started So we sat in the bar area as was the only place to sit, although did not open for service until later. Small room with limited space for a suitcase, but possibly average for Paris

Check in was quite smooth. Mr. Ibrahim was very kind and helpful. Location was great, short walking distance to metro. Supermarket and nice restaurants were also near hotel area.

Clean and friendly hotel in Paris Center

Clean hotel, the staff is friendly and the bFast is of good quality. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a bigger suite thanks to Ibrahim. The location is also great, close to Arc du Triomphe and the metro. We traveled with a baby and everything was accommodated for us. The toiletries are also of good quality (shampoo, soap, and body cream). You have restaurants nearby. We saw Japanese restaurants that were very good and original to Japanese culture and taste. I would recommend this hotel in Paris.

Recommended hotel to stay in Paris!

The hotel is conveniently located very near the Arc de Triumph and the Metro station. The room is spacious with adequate amenities and cool air conditioning. The breakfast is very good! Likewise, a Catholic Church is a few meters walk from the hotel
