Eventful

The way the property is designed is lovely and different from any other I’ve seen before. It’s different and refreshing to see.

Dust. Under the bed was so much dust I could not believe it. I could not stop coughing and sneezing and now I’ve developed allergy to dust… even the slightest bit. It’s a shame you would expect it to be cleaned as it was the most obvious— but it wasn’t. The hotel is great, though pick the final rooms at the top with 2 single beds as their rooms are much bigger and more spacious than the rest. I absolutely enjoyed our room, the service given and all of the staff members. It’s just a very big shame that the room was full of dust. Also the toilet was so tiny 😂 I struggled to fit and just found it hilarious. You had to keep the door open so you use it comfortably. What a funny hotel. Very lovely but quite odd with one or 2 things. Overall everything else was clean, beds were VERY comfortable! My goodness. So fluffy but just the right amount of firmness. Bathrooms were squeaky clean. Just that under the bed dust— shocking! I took videos of the lovely property but booking.com is only allowing me to upload pictures and I feel a video is better as it gives a clearer picture of how spacious the place was.

I booked the room with the terrace which was great however as I had the extra space on the terrace, my room was on the smaller side. It was no issue for just me.

Great short stay hotel in Paris.

The staff tried their best to fix a booking issue (allegedly caused by booking.com), and rescued what could have been a disastrous situation for our business trip. Its central and breakfast is pretty good by Paris standards.

On arrival, we were told our booking was cancelled (by booking.com) and the room given to someone else - meant we had to spend our first night in a lower level room and then change our room the next day. The rooms can be on the small side, and are completely open plan - means an extended stay in the rooms start to feel quite cramped mostly living out of a suitcase.

The staff could not have been sweeter, more helpful and cheerful in every way! Fabian at the bar was a mocktail AND cocktail genius -- plus gave me wonderful requested information about the local 17th arrondissement "must see's" and more! The common areas and my room were gorgeously designed -- attention to detail -- and always their eco-friendliness was omnipresent!!

Cosy, Nordic-style hotel, which serves a fabulous balanced breakfast - and great (!) coffee.

The shower in a tub combo was directly in the room, with no cover divider (just a see-through plexi glass). It was not working properly, so I had cold water dripping on my head whatever shower mode I chose . Unsatisfactory

Perfect location and cool hotel..

This hotel is in a perfect location.. in a quiet street but close to the Arc and about 200 metres from a main train station .

It didn’t have a kettle in the room and they charged for tea in the breakfast /bar area . Other than that it was great in all aspects.

Really quirky, friendly place to stay in a brilliant location with staff who can’t do enough for you

Breakfast was exceptional- fantastic choice of food which was good quality and plentiful. It was a buffet so you could have as much or little as you liked.

The room was a little small. Not enough space to store suitcases (for example, the bed could have been one with drawers underneath it to put clothes in or enough space underneath to store suitcases.) As it was they had to be crammed under the clothes rail where clothes which couldn’t be hung up were also being stored.

Bed was very comfy and the aesthetics were great.

No fridge in the room so couldn’t keep items I had already cool. Shower had no light inside it so I couldn’t see anything. Toilet was on the other end of the room from the sink and shower.

Hotel was stunning. Sooo pretty, extremely clean, romantic and comfortable. Great location.

Rooms are EXTREMELY small. We chose a more expensive room and it was very claustrophobic. I wish this was clearly stated as it was an issue for us. I would defo not recommend staying there unless you going as a couple. It's the smallest room I've ever stayed and there is literally no private space as bathroom is in the room so it'd be very uncomfortable staying there if you are with someone who is not your significant other.

We loved the place

Charming intimate hotel in great location. We loved the overall esthetic and comfort, it's very natural, organic spa like ambiance. Very comfy bed. Excellent service, we felt welcomed and very well taken care of. Overall a place with great vibe. We will happily return to Hidden hotel.

Exceptional

Everything about this hotel is fantastic, every single member of staff takes the time to accommodate you, and although we weren't great on the language they all spoke good English and did everything they could to help us out, myself and my wife came for our first weekend break in Paris and loved every moment, great location close to the metro, walking distance to the Eiffel tower and the arc, Although every member of staff was exceptional I have to have a special mention for Thomas, he helped me out with ideas for surprises for my wife, locations, restaurants, dress codes for them, everything, this shows how amazing the staff are as a whole, we would definitely stay again and if we are ever in Paris again, we will be back 💚
