    I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

    Perfect location and super accommodating and nice staff. My initial room was adequate but had a really strong perfume smell that didn’t air out, and they were kind to move me to another room the next day. Good value for the location!

    Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended at All Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We were staying on the 7th floor, and the elevator was not working, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the telephone in our room was also not working, so we couldn't even contact reception to ask for assistance. There were no basic amenities in the room, such as an iron or an electric kettle. On top of all this, the staff were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly, with very poor customer service. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and the hotel failed to provide even the most basic level of comfort and hospitality. I would never stay here again, and I strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel to any one Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été extrêmement décevant et frustrant. Nous étions au 7ᵉ étage et l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. Pour aggraver la situation, le téléphone de notre chambre était également hors service, ce qui nous empêchait même de contacter la réception pour demander de l’aide. De plus, la chambre ne disposait pas des équipements de base, tels qu’un fer à repasser ou une bouilloire électrique. Pour couronner le tout, le personnel était extrêmement désagréable, peu serviable et le service client était déplorable. Dans l’ensemble, cette expérience a été bien en dessous de nos attentes. L’hôtel n’a même pas été capable d’offrir un minimum de confort et d’hospitalité. Je ne séjournerai plus jamais dans cet hôtel et je le déconseille fortement à tout le monde !
