    We stayed here as a family with 2 rooms for 2 nights. We were traveling from norway - Amsterdam- Brussels and finally Paris. We were exhausted from the train rides and were really looking forward to checking in at our hotel to have a nice rest; however it was rather a surprise for us. First we came to hotel and saw the entrance door with long stairs going up, not sure why I never saw any review about this so we had to carry our bags all the way up to the reception. Then we were greeted by a not so nice lady, she sounded almost rude in verifying the details of our reservation. She looks as if she was more tired than us who were traveling from Brussels. Now to the rooms - I was given room numbers that were starting with 5 and 6 so I was thinking we were on 5th and 6th flr, but to our surprise, the lift was only til 5th. So we went out and saw that there was a stair case at the end of the hall which will lead to the room on the 6th. So again we had to carry our bags and go around the steep stairs. I had both my senior parents with me so it felt quite dangerous. The receptionist also did not explain these and just handed out the keys to leave us figuring out on our own. Another thing — although not sure this could be something that the hotel can fix, the water from faucet was boiling hot! It took almost 3-5mins for the water to cool down so we always had to wait before doing washing. Lastly — there were mosquitoes inside our room so I left with few mosquito bites on me. Overall the hotel was really clean and quiet so it’s not very bad but I hope they can focus and give attention to these things that make up the total guests’ experience

    We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Clémence. The staff were absolutely amazing! I have stayed in many different hotels over the years, and I can honestly say that everyone here, from the moment we arrived until we left, was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was very clean and well maintained. It was a little small, but that is completely normal for Paris and it was more than comfortable for us. We were especially happy with the cleanliness of both the room and the hotel. The location is also very good and convenient for exploring Paris. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Clémence. Thank you to all the wonderful staff!

    We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t have aircon. It was like we were in a sauna and when we complained they placed 1 fan in the room. Still it was hot.
