The B & B, comfortable and bright, offers its guests 3 double or twin bedrooms, 1 single and 2 bathrooms.

Large old apartment, in decent overall condition. One bathroom was a tight squeeze and had evidence of some mold. The street is very noisy at night, with people partying, yelling, dogs barking, vehicles honking, etc., so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, like me. A reasonably short walk to the more interesting restaurants and shops.

Things was our third time starting in this apartment. It's spacious, clean, comfortable. Easy to explore the city, and convenient to the central train station for excursions beyond Bologna. Would happily stay here again

Overall the place was very comfortable. It is a little dated (hey it's Italy) and the layout is a little weird with the "meeting room" table in the combination dining/living room. But everything worked and all the necessaries were there. Super convenient to sights, transportation and restaurants. If you're mindful of the windows you can cut down on the noise a lot.

We had a wonderful stay in Bologna! Our first time visiting this city and it’s a hidden gem! A vibrant, university city Bologna offers history and culture in a place that is not overrun with tourists. Our family of five (three university aged children) really enjoyed this apartment which was much larger than expected and offered each of our girls their own bedroom which was amazing since we were together over two weeks traveling between cities. It was very clean and close to everything. Checking in and out was contactless and so simple. We even had the chance to get in early which helped as we arrived by train with our luggage so could drop off and get right out to start exploring the city. We highly recommend Bologna and this spacious apartment! We look forward to visiting again.

We were a group of five friends and this apartment was large and airy- a lot nicer than it looks in the photos! Luana was a brilliant host and answered all my queries very quickly- check-in was easy but in hindsight we should have got a cab from the airport rather than walking from the station ( our flight was delayed and we got there late) but the location was good if you're happy to walk 15mins into the old town. Some noise from the street below but three storeys up so not an issue really. Very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay in Bologna!

This apartment was much nicer than the listing appeared. I honestly was hesitant to book here, but needed something closer to the train and bus stations. Once we were in the building I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and very large and comfortable. Don't let the dark pictures deceive you - the apartment was much brighter than it appears!

My husband, sister-in-law and I, all in our 60’s, stayed in this apartment for 5 nights. We chose the location so that we could easily walk to the train station for day trips to Ravenna and Ferrara. The apartment was spacious and we liked having two bathrooms with showers. Although furnished sparsely, the beds were comfortable and the apartment impeccably clean. The location turned out to be better than expected since within 20 minutes we could walk to Piazza Maggiore and many fine restaurants and stores. The apartment did tend to be noisy with lots of students partying each night in the streets, but we were able to tune it out and sleep well. The noise might be a problem in warmer weather with open windows but we were there in cooler weather

The location of this apartment is perfect; 10 -15 minutes walk from the station and 8 minutes (I timed it)to the towers in the centre. I have read some comments about noisiness of the flat but having stayed many times in Bologna I can say that everywhere tends to be quite noisy in the city centre as it is lived-in city, yet this flat is 3 stories up (with a lift) so we weren’t disturbed by noise. The flat is huge and warm and has everything you’d need, except a washing machine which I thought might be an issue but there is literally a safe laundromat at street level next door. We were there during a chilly spell over new year, but the flat was always warm. The decor is simple but there is heaps of storage space. There were five of us but the flat sleeps seven and would not have been crowded with seven. The hot water never ran out (an issue in other rentals when travelling with a big family of young adults) On the street below is a coffee shop, sushi restaurant, grocers shop, pop up bar (great cocktails). The only thing that the flat could benefit from is a list of when and where to put out the rubbish and different recycling. Otherwise it was perfect. Luana was always helpful and quick to respond and accessing the apartment on the first night was straight forward. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Plenty of large rooms in a bare-bones apartment. Two bathrooms with good showers. Kitchen well equipped. The “balcony “ is a joke as it contains a bunch of air conditioning compressors. Very uncomfortable living room/dining room with ridiculously large table. Very noisy neighborhood but if you close the windows and shutters it is ok. Fairly close to good restaurants and an easy walk to tower area. Owner helped with airport taxis. Very nice cafe downstairs.

We stayed for six nights. Very spacious apartment that was well appointed. Luana even gave us some good restaurant recommendations when we arrived. Very close to Montagnola market and a short walk to Piazza Maggiore and most central locales. I love Bologna and this was a great place to stay and enjoy the city.

Communication with the owner was excellent. We were met at the apartment, exactly as arranged. The apartment is located in the downtown area a short distance from the historic area, with lots of restaurants nearby. This apartment is HUGE and felt completely comfortable and homey. We really enjoyed our stay there and would be happy to go back if we find ourselves returning to Florence.

Our party of six stayed here for two nights in early September. The apartment is large, friendly, and the rooms are generously sized and comfortably furnished. There is a good kitchen, two nice bathrooms with good showers, and a large dining room. There were four pretty bedrooms, two for couples and two for singles so it worked out perfectly. The AC worked great, too. This was important since it was really hot and, of course, we are Americans and love our AC! The location was perfect. The train station was easy to get to, there was a large grocery store a couple of blocks away, an excellent coffee shop on the corner of the block, and several small grocery stores with delicious fresh fruit almost next door. The walk downtown was easy and fun and there were lots of excellent restaurants nearby. I am happy to recommend this place to anyone visiting Bologna.

We were 4 adults staying in the apartment and were very comfortable and never felt we had to trip over each others’ feet. The location was convenient to the station as well as the central area of Bologna, and was very close to several restaurants that came well recommended. The apartment is very conveniently situated. Close to the central trainstation and the city center. The apartment is clean and spacious. We did miss an extra comfortabel couch or chairs. After a long day in Bologna it is nice to put your feet up. When you are with 5 adults 2 will have to sit on wooden chairs. It is great that the apartment has two bathrooms. Sadly one of the showers didnot function properly. The kitchen was wel equipped. No problems making a Christmas dinner for 5.

Very nice, big, comfortable and clean apartment with three separate bedrooms with large double beds with good matrasses. Supermarket on close distance as well as many places to have breakfast (downstairs on the ground level is the closest!). Walking distance from Mille bus station and central railway station (both are Aeroporto bus stops) as well as to all interesting places in the city centre. Timely and pleasant communication by the owner Luana (in English) and a friendly welcome by Corrado.
