Appartamento Unico a Bologna con 3 Camere e Parcheggio Gratuito

Location just on the outskirts of Bologna. Was convenient for a family of 3 couples and a child for 3 nights. It is a duplex row house. Covered stilts at ground level. Living room, Kitchen and a toilet on the 1st floor, and 3 bedrooms and 1 toilet on 2nd floor. All bedrooms and the toilet also had a skylight which gave a great feel. ACs in bedrooms and living room were powerful and comfortable. Bedroom sizes were large. We could request the neighbour to park a little on his side so that we could park 2 cars. He was kind enough. 2 free car parks is what we needed. The apartment has a designer look. We didn't use the attached garden as it was very hot outside. Linen was clean. Communication with the owner/ manager was efficient and prompt. He also promised us early check in. We didn't need it though. Travel to Bologna centre by bus was easy at 2.50 Euros pp one way. The bus stops were about 7 minutes away on foot. Coming in and going out was easy as we didn't have to bother about ZTL. LIDL AND COOP are 5 to 7 minutes walking distance, where the locals buy from. It was convenient for us. We drove from Verona. Spent one day exploring Bologna. The next day we drove to San Marino, Rimini, Ravenna, Dozza. The next day, four of us went to Florence and two of us went to Ferrara. I wanted to visit Modena, but it was 36 degrees centigrade, so we didn't extend our trip. We got it ar a reasonable price. It's good if you are coming by car and want to explore the region. Overall, We had a great stay.

Filling up the checkin form was a bit tedious activity. Uploading all passports and then online photos of each with the passport was quite time consuming. It is probably a police requirement. Our plans got changed due to flight cancellations due to the Iran war. We requested a free cancellation which was denied. We could somehow manage to change dates. So we got a bit restricted making a new plan. Finally, it was a good experience.

Appartamento comodo, pulito, ristrutturato. Molto semplice il check in, registrato on line in pochi minuti, chiavi trovate sul posto con indicazioni precise del proprietario. Biancheria a disposizione per letti e bagno, saponi, caffè e tisane a disposizione. Comodo per chi è in auto, parcheggio disponibile sotto casa e pochi minuti per raggiungere il centro.

Piccoli problemi presentati al proprietario (acqua della doccia tiepida, tenda del lucernario bloccata) che pur seguendo le indicazioni non sono state risolte. Peccato, bastava un piccolo intervento. Un paio di migliorie facili da attuare : qualche bustina di zucchero e qualche riserva di carta igienica, giusto per evitare di andare a fare la spesa.

Molto molto scomodo organizzare il check in, se avete fretta sconsiglio vivamente il posto.
