It was marvelous! Really happy with the appartment!

The living room, the two bathrooms, the bedrooms, everything was very spacious and very nice! There were no complaints from our side! We were a little bit unlucky with the weather, but the great housing made up for that!

The only thing was that the coffee machine had ‘strange’ pads that we couldn’t find in the store, but there were enough available in the appartment to have a coffee every day.

Big apartment with garage and two bathrooms. The kitchen is very nice.

- It was a bit cold, the air conditioners weren’t working for heating in the bedrooms, only in the living and kitchen - the mattress and pillows were too hard, it was pretty uncomfortable to sleep on it - the hair dryer was broken

Appartamento comodo, pulito, ristrutturato. Molto semplice il check in, registrato on line in pochi minuti, chiavi trovate sul posto con indicazioni precise del proprietario. Biancheria a disposizione per letti e bagno, saponi, caffè e tisane a disposizione. Comodo per chi è in auto, parcheggio disponibile sotto casa e pochi minuti per raggiungere il centro.

Piccoli problemi presentati al proprietario (acqua della doccia tiepida, tenda del lucernario bloccata) che pur seguendo le indicazioni non sono state risolte. Peccato, bastava un piccolo intervento. Un paio di migliorie facili da attuare : qualche bustina di zucchero e qualche riserva di carta igienica, giusto per evitare di andare a fare la spesa.

Essendo in 7 un paio di rotoli WC in più avrei apprezzato, anche solo una po di zucchero in cucina visto che caffè e tè erano a dispo.

De ruimte en de locatie dicht bij het centrum van Bologna. Met bus 11, die bijna voor de deur stopt 25 minuten. Drie ruime slaapkamers, twee badkamers en keuken en woonkamer. Alle ruimtes voorzien van airco. Makkelijke en goede / snelle communicatie met de verhuurder. Die ook een link gaf met goede tips.

De drukke weg vlak voor de deur en het geluid van het verkeer.

Bardzo duży obiekt, czysto dwie łazienki, salon, 3 sypialnie, garaż. Trochę daleko od centrum i stacji kolejowej ale kursuja autobusy miejskie. Z tylu ogródek do siedzenia. Pralka tez byla.

Άνετη διαμονή κοντά σε πολύ όμορφο πάρκο

Άνετο σπίτι, καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με σκεύη και πολύ καθαρό, πολύ κοντά σε όμορφο πάρκο. Ωραία και άνετα υπνοδωμάτια με ξύλινες οροφές και δύο άνετα μπάνια. Υπήρχαν κάποιες ελλείψεις σε αναλώσιμα όπως χαρτί τουαλέτας αλλά ο ιδιοκτήτης απαντάει πολύ γρήγορα και εξυπηρετεί αμέσως, Γενικά, είναι μία πολύ value for money επιλογή.

Είναι λίγο μακριά από το κέντρο και η συγκοινωνία τις ημέρες του Πάσχα δεν ήταν συνεπής, οπότε θα το πρότεινα με αυτοκίνητο. Το σπίτι έχει σκάλες που δεν φαίνονται στις φωτογραφίες, που βέβαια είναι πολύ άνετες αλλά ένας άνθρωπος μεγαλύτερος σε ηλικία ή μια οικογένεια που έχει νήπιο, καλό θα ήταν να το ξέρει. Το σαλόνι, έτσι όπως είναι διαμορφωμένο, είναι λιγάκι ψυχρό.

Posizione ideale per visitare la città. Spazi molto grandi, tutto pulito, nuovo e ben attrezzata. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Host molto preciso e super disponibile.

nel complesso siamo stati bene, la casa un po’ spartana

le camere molto spaziose, la casa in un ottima posizione vicino a centri commerciali e ristoranti, relativamente vicino al centro storico

la pulizia della casa, e la sua manutenzione generale, i teli per la doccia erano dei comuni asciugamani viso, la mancanza di un piccolo microonde anche solo x scaldare il biberon della bimba
