Beautiful Hotel. Immaculately clean. Best Breakfast!

What a beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing! Facilities were beautiful: comfy bed with lovely bedding, immaculately clean, beautiful bathroom and newly furnished. Air conditioning worked really well. Fast modern lifts.Breakfast was incredible, such a huge variety that caters to all people. Ocean views from room, fabulous! We went to watch the Carnivale del Viareggio and as we were on the first floor with views from a private balcony we were literally in the best place to view the parade and fireworks.

There was honestly nothing negative only positive!, We loved this hotel so much!

Our room was very cold. Only 1 sheet on the bed. It rained one night and we found not sleep , as the rain was hitting off something near our room and making a lot of noise

Lovely location, hotel facilities felt outdated

Had a one night stay reprieve from walking hol, rained so needed some comfort. Accommodation very comfortable and warm.

Comfy and modernised. The spa section where the jacuzzi and steam room were could be made more appealing, but it was lovely to use.

This is our second time staying here, and we would recommend it to our friends.

We liked that we were able to walk out the door and take part in the festivities of carnevale. We didn’t like that we were on the side of the building where it got very hot in the afternoon, and the room was a bit too uncomfortable to be in.

Room was ok

The room was in an annex, without link to the main hotel. Acces to the rooms was through a circular stair, 1 m wide, without lift. Stairs were very narrow, passing in front of the rooms windows...so you had to stay with drapes down. Acces to hotel facilities - restaurant, swimming pool..etc - was made by going outside, entering the other building, starting from that point. Breakfast was rather poor, just few choices.

Friendly and professional staff Very good breakfast with a lot of options (bacon, eggs, smoothies etc..) and well adapted to the COVID measures

The rooms are definitely not worth a 4-stars hotel The spa doesn’t seem clean (the hot-tub water is smelly) There is a huge soundproofing problem in this hotel, you can hear very well the people in the room above, the ones next, in the corridors and of the steet. No intimacy at all. We couldn’t sleep the first night because of the noise (you can hear the people walking or taking a shower as if they were in your room) Hopefully, Abele at the reception did a great job to put us in a better and quieter superior room which was perfect. So the superior room seem great but the classical ones are a real disappointment

The hotel is located on the sea front..beautiful beaches very tasty foods at the restaurants .everything is organized and clean, Viareggio is a fantastic place to have summer break

Warm friendly welcome from reception staff who were very helpful. The pool is excellent- clean and refreshing. The hotel is spotless. We liked the bar and the smoking balcony. The restaurant staff were very attentive. The location was excellent for the beach and other restaurants. Every need was catered for

Hotel located in the center of beach front, good staff breakfeast buffet you may order directly from waiter extras for cost, dinner also buffet, room really spacious recived uprade junior suite initially ordered seperate beds receptionist told it is in another building i was confused by this fact but they solved this question.

The fact with parking is a huge problem in a touristic city, i have parkwed car in underground parking and i got deadline to take car until 1 pm it is not comfortable to run from beach in wet swimming suite afraid to meet this dealine, it is impossible to park car in public space it is occupied fully especially on weekends and vacation.

Loud band across the road every night, private beaches across the road would not allow guests to sit on towels for a short time even late afternoon (after 5pm) to swim in the sea. Should let guest know this on booking websites.

Lovely visit.

The staff at the hotel were so nice and sweet really loved them! Breakfast that was included had tons of gluten free options which was fabulous for me.

The hotel is a bit old and can use a facelift. Felt very much stuck in the 80s which is a shame because the locaiton is perfect.

We could not have been looked after better by the hotel.

we arrived with no luggage late at night. The reception staff could not have been more helpful. They contacted the airline and the airport on our behalf until our bags were found and returned to us. All the staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful to us. We are elderly and having our luggage lost was very stressful for us. We cannot rate the hotel too highly. Thank you.

Great location. Staff were really helpful and lovely. Playroom was very handy for our little one! Pool and facilities were good and the breakfast had lots of options

Great hotel with perfect location.

Exceptional location. I upgraded myself to a Seaview Room with Balcony and amazing views. Super spa and l had two messages which were excellent. Attentive staff.

My only issue was a drawer in my cabinet which still had clothing from a previous guest.

Not sound proof. I was awakened by the sound of next room's opening of window screen. Also the street cleaning trucks could be heard. For a 4 star hotel furniture could be modernised rather than repaired. Cracks could be seen on wooden doors.
