Everything in this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent—easily accessible and just steps away from the long promenade and beautiful beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. Overall, it was a perfect combination of warm hospitality, convenience, and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Pleasant

The Hotel looked spectacular in pictures but very disappointing once we got there. For unknown reasons the pool was closed and I was notified only after the payment was taken. Blankets and towel were in poor conditions. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Would not recommend this Hotel at all.

The only good thing about this Hotel was the location and the free parking.

The Hotel was not up to an Accor standard hotel. We had problems with a leaking toilet in our room and told the reception staff 2 days in a row and absolutely nothing was done about it so we had water over the bathroom floor and had to put towels down to mop it up every day. All the light switches were sticky and there was a funny smell coming from the sink plug hole. Also we were told at the last minute before our stay that the swimming pool was closed, the pool was one of the reasons for staying at this Hotel.

Awful. Extremely disappointed. Over priced.

Nothing. Very poor experience. We've stayed here several times in the past but will never consider this hotel again. It has gone down so badly. Dirty, neglected and no one seems to care. No fridge, no kettle. Filthy shower curtain. Bad smell. Carpet stains. Over priced for what you think you're going to get. Most certainly not 4 star, hardly 2 star.

Dirty wall and switches, poor customer service, disgusting shower curtain, everything badly neglected. Very very disappointed.

Will go elsewhere next time

Balcony was nice although it was full of mosquitos of an evening so we couldnt use it, Shower was nice and powerful

Staff weren't very friendly upon arrival, Sockets and light switches need renewing because I wasnt able to charge my phone beside the bed because the adapter would come out, Light switches were sticky, Only blanket available was an extra bed sheet, Location is quite far from Viareggio with Camaiore actually being the closer town meaning we had to pay 20 euro each way for taxis, Very expensive for what is available

It was a mishap.

Breakfast was normal and costly cos nothing special.

I didn’t like the hotel especially as it was costly and there is nothing attractive about it and no facilities. Very boring hotel!!!

would have been fine if staff attitudes had been welcoming and more friendly/ helpful

decent value for money well cleaned room nice balcony area

a bit in need of some tlc. paint peeling off balcony chairs, wall marks, broken door handles two bulbs not working that couldn’t be sorted till next day, water dripping from aircon. aircon flter warning needed changed. worst of all was the grumpy and belligerent attitude of some of the staff at breakfast time. complete opposite experience to our hotel stay in Bologna either side of this. breakfast was a big disappointment in particular.

I would not return to this hotel, staff weren’t very helpful, breakfast wasn’t great. Our room wasn’t very clean and far too small for a family room.
