Great hotel, highly recommend.

Great position right on seafront. I had a single room with balcony and side sea view. Lovely decor throughout the hotel. Air con was very efficient. Room cleaned daily, towels lovely and fluffy. Breakfast was ample, always a nice selection of different cake each day.

One of the best places!

It was an amazing experience - from greetings at the reception to checkout. I would definitely it to everyone and I know that you’ll love it here too :) Also, the bathroom was magnificent!

The only downside was that I heard a baby crying in some other’s room. But I guess it’s up to the parents to calm down their kids.

Sleepless!

The room was spacious and comfortable with a little balcony.

Our room was beside a football team of children who ran up and down the corridors all night long. When I complained nothing was done about it. The night manager reported that he had come up, but he had not.

Great location

The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views across the sea

When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist took a long time to deal with me, I was soaking wet due to heavy and I was just ignored. The day after I asked the same male receptionist if the bar was open and could I order a glass of wine, I was told that they didn’t sell glasses of wine only bottles, I got the impression that it wasn’t correct.

Great location. beachfront, 15 minute walk from train station. 10 minutes to centre of Viareggio. Fantastically clean hotel. Everywhere smelt so clean with reed air fresheners everywhere. So comfy beds and pillows, best sleep ever. Breakfast was typical Italian, meats, cheese, fruit, scrambled eggs, hams etc, great quality and great staff always ensuring you had what you wanted. One of the best 3 star hotels we have stayed in and the price is so reasonable too.

we didn’t have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The location was terrific. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was quite small but was made better by the small balcony. I did have some trouble with the lights going out, but the staff responded quickly. All-in-all, I was happy with my stay.

Such a spacious room. Super comfy bed. all facilities you could need. Rooftop terrace was a highlight. Right across the road from the beach and restaurants. Close to train station and pier. So much breakfast choice. everything was great and super value.

The place is beautiful with a great location and really nice staff, the breakfast was super good and the room super comfortable with a really nice balcony.

The door was not closing properly, we had to pushed it really hard.

Perfectly located with a balcony view of the ocean

Staff were very friendly at check in and the room itself provided everything I needed, especially for travelling solo. I was given a room with a balcony which was also a lovely touch. Breakfast was also included in my booking which was great. Perfect location, only across the road from the beach!

The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it wasn't the worst! Also an error in judgement from myself in the fact the place didn't offer an iron.

The location is great, lovely staff, clean room and nice walk side at the evening, highly recommende

Breakfast was so good, it takes 1 min walk to the beach, the evening walks with living street just outside the hotel and it has a terrace with fabulous view on the last floor!

The only safe box in the hotel was at the reception so I had to ask about the common key every time I had to leave something value in it. It would be perfect if the room had a dedicated safe box.
