Great location for your stay by the beach in Viareggio with a genuine manager.
The manager came all the way from his house to check me in late and answered a call after midnight because I couldn’t remember the access code to the door despite him giving me the code before.
The decor is a bit outdated in the room I was in.

La posizione, fantastica per il carnevale e lo staf molto gentile
Il letto a castello dove è dormito mio figlio ancora con la rete di metallo a molle , inguardabile, dovete mettere la rette in legno per i letti. Il bagno un po’ piccolo ma va bene così

Tutto ok non posso lamentarmi di nulla camera ok considerando a che i prezzi che girano il periodo di carnevale a Viareggio personale accogliente il proprietario Francesco è una persona squisita e visto che con quest'anno sono al 5º Viareggio di fila penso che sarà il mio posto fisso data anche la posizione strategica

Proprietari una coppia di ragazzi Molto gentili e tanto disponibili. Ottima accoglienza! Ottima permanenza nel weekend del carnevale. Alla nostra partenza abbiamo ricevuto anche un presente/regalo super! Consigliamo al 100% - ambienti Molto puliti! Non abbiamo provato la cucina ma ci ritorneremo sicuramente ! Grazie Ivan e Simonetta
