The hotel cilene is very clean, almost brand new,good ambiance, the foods are ok and the staffs

Amazing stay with delicious breakfast

The people at the hotel were very nice. it’s very comfortable and well located (10 minutes to the train station and ten minutes to the beach). The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was amazing (coffee, juice, cakes, toasts, fruits, croissants…, everything!)

Bathroom was very small in my room. One person could barely fit there.

Very Good location.

We couldn’t stay the night as we had to change our plans and check out with in couple of Hours. But what we saw was: very polite and helpful host. Room was clean and had good A/C. location to the sea is about 300 meters. Parking is a challenge. and You can buy your 24hrs parking pass from reception.

The cleaning chemicals used, had a very strong smell.

Perfect location for beach and park. Great host organised everything we needed with a smile.

Hadn't realised we'd booked half board. Best to eat out simply for choice and eating Al fresco. Shower slightly small if I'm being picky.

Great value for money

It was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was very effective. The breakfast was also very good and the owner was friendly. Our room was serviced each day to a very high standard which we were not expecting for the price.

Remembering that this is a two star hotel I have nothing to complain about.

Great location

Location is really good, it is easy to get there from train station on foot, main promenade of Viareggio is also very close from the hotel, in the park nearby there are bicycle rentals. Our room and bathroom were both really small but we saw that on pictures so it was not a surprise. I can recommend this hotel for the night or two, for longer stay I would probably choose sth else :)

Good budget hotel

this is family-run budget hotel. Simple but has everything you need. location is good. it’s in between train station and the beach. owner is friendly. breakfast is simple but okay. if you only need a room for sleeping, I would say this is good enough.

based on the value per night, I wouldn’t complain. however there’s no lift as others have already mentioned. in the room, there’s only two power sockets for bed-lamps, it’s not convenient if you have several devices needed to be charged at the same time. toilet and shower are also not convenient, you may get wet sitting

Very nice hotel with cozy room

The room was very clean and comfortable. They were providing towels. The host Maximilian was very welcome and friendly, he guided us through the city and places around. It was close to the sea. Amazing breakfast with great coffee.

A bit short bed, so be aware if you are tall.

Hotel propre , calme . Le gérant très accueillant.três bien situé ds Viareggio. Petit dejeuner très bien pour ceux qui aime le sucré. Moyen ppour les autres...mais correct.
