Cozy hotel in Viareggio

Nice cozy hotel in Viareggio with comfortable and clean rooms. Not far from big park and sea shore. A lot of restaurants around the hotel.Not far from the train station which is really suitable as the town is not far from Pisa, Florence, Lucca and Cinque Terra. Breakfasts were delicious and various. The hostess was really friendly and helpful.

Lovely relaxing stay in a seaside resort

Very close to the promenade in Viareggio. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fantastic. A wonderful selection of fresh fruit, croissants, savoury food, cold cuts and cakes. The torto al cioccalato was amazing 😋

Relaxing, friendly, dolce far niente

Family hotel, extremely involved owner, hands on, paying attention to all our potential needs! Very close to the beach, clean and friendly rooms, spacious. Cleaning was done every day, towels changed whenever needed. They provide beach towels every day per request ( important if you try to travel light). The breakfast has a great variety of pastry and home made dessert. There is also fruit and salty, warm food. The coffee is great! But the real winner is to decide to have the other meals at the hotel :-). We had dinner which was provided on demand only for hotel guests, Italian cuisine that you can experience, different, every day, excellent food. Bonus, you get to taste the other dishes, beside the menu that you ordered.

All the streets in Viareggio are quite noisy day and night, due to scooters, cars and noisy people. If you prefer to sleep with open windows, you cannot do this. We had to keep windows closed and air conditioning on, luckily the thermostat worked just fine so we were not troubled by the AC.

Really, really wouldn’t go back again. Unsatisfactory, uncomfortable stay.

Breakfast was very pleasant, nice staff serving tea and coffee gave us a whole jug of tasty hot chocolate, good array of options hot and cold e.g. omelet and mushrooms. Location was excellent, under a 5 min walk to the beaches and seating outside the hotel was provided.

A lot. Receptionist was NOT genuinely friendly or kind at all - unprofessional even my daughter complained about her! She smiled at other people when I couldn’t understand some Italian, doesn’t smile at us, and looks at us at breakfast, I can’t eat! Dirty Floor - felt sand on the floor as soon as we entered, disgusting. Unsafe Bathroom - Zero out of ten, dangerous. Water floods the floor when you shower, there is a crack in the pull out shower and the foot wash is broken. How is this fit for customers to use? Weak Air Conditioning - at 17 degrees it was still hot. Hard beds. Noisy in the morning - staff collecting supplies next to our room.

The breakfast was amazing- thank you for the variety! I came to the hotel on crutches after a bike accident. The wonderful owner asked if I needed a wheelchair-she could lend me one🤗. I was able to enjoy Viareggio while my husband pushed me around in the chair. THANK YOU for the generous attention. Thank you for the coffee at night on the patio - it was the perfect end to our day! i wish you a prosperous summer season after a tough two years!

Will stay again for my next visit

Fantastic staff-- very friendly, welcoming, and could answer my questions about the area. There's a park across the way and a direct (and short) walk to the beach.

Pillow was a bit thin, but I'm sure that's something that's easily remedied.

Very nice renovated hotel. Lovely room, although no daylight.. Seems to be normal in Italy to have blinders on the balcony doors which cannot be opened. Good breakfast.

Personnel quite formal, no welcoming smiles. Sound proof poor, voices from the neighboring room can be clearly heard.

Before we came to Viareggio, we stayed in the center of La Spezia for 6 nights. The walls of the appartment were thin and there was a lot of noice from outside. Then we stayed for 2 nights in hotel Vittoria (Viareggio). It was a very good bed with good pillows ... and silents! We slept like babies! The staff behind the desk and the lady at the breakfast buffet were very friendly. We felt welcome! The breakfast was amazing. We choosed this hotel because I saw at the photos that there was also bread with eggs and bacon and fresh fruit. Because we don't like the Italian breakfast with "torta". Normally, we never eat "torta" in the mornings, but we tried the "torta con albicocche" and it was amazing! This hotel was for us 10/10.

A good stay in the centre of Viareggio

A very nice renovated "Italien" Hotel. We liked the location, the atmosphere, nice breakfast, the location next to the park and only 6 min walk to the beach ... Also to mention, the hotel is very clean. the room keeping did a very good job! Good to know, the hotel has an agreement with the city for 5 Euro parking on the street per day.

Bathroom is limited in space and has limited space to place the belongings.

Lovely family run hotel

Lovely traditional Italian building. Fantastic staff, family run and made you feel like you were part of the family. Fantastic breakfast, great choice, fresh produce and excellent home made cakes! Modest sized rooms, big enough for the two of us. Good bathroom, very clean through out. Across the road from a lovely park. 5 minutes walk from the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Rooms arent the biggest but good value for money. Cant think of anything else. Would definitely stay here again

Great location, friendly staff, clean and delicious breakfast.

The communication in advance of our stay was great and fast. We wanted to store baggage and the Hotel was happy for us to do this. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Sweet and savoury and service with a smile. The location was great, 10 mins from the station and 2 blocks from the beach. The staff were lovely and helpful. The cleanliness was also great given the situation with COVID. Rooms were clean, spacious with comfy beds. Would recommend a room on the first floor with the balcony overlooking the park.

Albergo vicinissimo al lungomare, quindi molto comodo anche nel periodo di carnevale. Ho trovato una struttura curata nel dettaglio e pulita. Il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile. Inoltre ho trovato ottima la colazione, con dolci prodotti direttamente dalla proprietaria! 😍

Praticamente tutto.... Dall'accoglienza dei proprietari sempre gentili e disponibili, personale.compreso. La colazione la quale non mancava niente e per la prima volta mia moglie ha avuto l'imbarazzo della scelta vista la sua intolleranza al lattosio. La posizione a due passi dal lungomare e la camera calda e accogliente nuova e pulitissima. Servizi top. Ringrazio per le 2 notti trascorse piacevolissime in occasione del carnevale e dell'attenzione ricevuta. Sono quei posti che ti mancano quando vai via e che ti fanno vrnire la volgia di tornarci alla prima occasione.
