We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hosts are very welcoming and always ready to help. Breakfasts are definitely a highlight: delicious, varied, and not limited to sweets only, which is quite rare for Italy. The location is excellent – the beach is just a short walk away, there are plenty of cafés around, and the train station is only a few minutes on foot. Parking is available along the streets, which was quite convenient.

Modest with lots of charm

A charming signora was the host. Made feel very welcome. Even offered me a meal of pasta the first night but I already had eaten. Great selection of breakfast goodies to eat. The rooms are modest but functional.

This was one of the best places I have stayed. I might come back to Viareggio just to stop by again.

The location was amazing! You wake up a 5 minute walk from the beach. It is a short walk from the train station. The room is incredibly nice and clean. The bathroom has everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee better then anything I have ever had in the US. My plans changed a the very last minute and so I had to do a late check in. Monica was incredibly sweet and said it was no problem at all. Their kindness and generosity will make you want to stay forever. Grazie per tutto - e stato davvero un piacere a conoscervi

Very nice homestay. It was my first experience in such a property and it was very interesting and nice. Good location and great variety for breakfast. The hosts are very nice, helpful and positive. The property is close to the sea, restaurants and a supermarket

Traumhafte Straße

Die Lage ist umwerfend. Das B&B liegt in einer wunderschönen Straße, in der der Oleander blüht. Traumhaft. Gegenüber ist eine sehr gute Pizzeria. Also die Lage ist unschlagbar. Parkplätze sind in den umliegenden Straßen vorhanden, aber am Wochenende sehr beliebt. Hunde sind hier sehr willkommen und werden herzlich empfangen. Mit dem Auto fährt man 10min zum öffentlichen Meerzugang (wo man Schirme und Liegen mieten kann - zB Marechiaro, wo auch Hunde am Strand erlaubt sind).

Zimmer und Bad waren etwas eng.
