    The hotel has both some strong points and a few significant drawbacks. The location is excellent — the beach is just a couple of steps away. The hotel also provides a voucher for a €2 discount at a nearby beach, which is reasonably priced even without the discount. They also give you a parking permit, but we didn’t use it and we don’t know the terms. Finding a parking spot in the area is a challenge. Housekeeping was very good, with the room cleaned and towels changed every day. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially with recommendations for restaurants in the area. Unfortunately, the room itself had several maintenance and practical issues. The toilet was leaking, and the shower head really needs to be replaced. There were no hooks at all in the bathroom, and nowhere in the room to hang or dry wet clothes or beachwear, which is particularly inconvenient for a seaside hotel. The air conditioning was another problem: it was dripping water and did not cool the room sufficiently. Breakfast was also very limited, with quite a poor selection. Overall, the location and staff are definite advantages, but the room facilities and maintenance need improvement.
