Be careful of hidden costs

Size of apartment, modern, with all the necessary amenities.

The costs for the child's cot were not transparently mentioned when booking the room. When booking the room it says that the child stays for free. The costs for the cot are buried in their policy. Only after having paid for the room we were asked if we accept the costs for the cot, which was a bit late. So make sure to READ ALL THEIR POLICIES otherwise you might have unexpected extra costs. The issue is not with the cost itself but with the venue's approach, which was neither transparent nor honest. Same issue with the costs for the dog. Also, the room was noisy from the outside traffic. Maybe the windows aren't isolating well.

Wow, this exceeded our expectations! Incredibly helpful and polite staff, exceptional room and facilities, very comfortable. The hospitality was superb- we even got a delicious welcome breakfast delivered to our door on the first morning of our stay. Super modern amenities. We thoroughly recommend Vi Suites.

Wonderful hotel with great staff

We stayed for six nights in early August in a room with a sofa bed, which was the perfect size for me, my wife, and our son. The hotel is just one block from the beach and has a partnership with a fantastic beach club, La Pia, which made our seaside days even better. From the moment I booked, communication was excellent. I received a welcome message with basic information, and closer to our arrival date, they sent clear instructions for self check-in in case we arrived after 7:30 PM. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at reception. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt brand new. It had a large bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, strong air conditioning, plenty of storage space, a comfortable bed, and everything was impeccably clean. The hotel staff were consistently attentive and helpful throughout our stay. There’s also a gym and a jacuzzi on-site, which were great additions. The location is ideal, with excellent restaurants nearby. While breakfast isn’t served at the hotel, there are great cafés just a block away and a supermarket close by if you prefer to eat in your room. We absolutely loved our stay and left wishing we could stay longer—not just because of the hotel, but also because of the charm of the city and the beauty of the beach. Highly recommended!

Relaxing comfortable appartments for your vacation

We had a wonderful family holiday at this hotel. The rooms were well-equipped, relaxing, and had air conditioning and comfortable beds. The hotel is in a quiet area, but only a short walk from the beach. The staff was amazing, especially the signore at reception, who explained everything and greeted us warmly. We’ll definitely return to Viarregio and to this hotel :)

Wonderful place in Viareggio

What a great combination of a hotel and an apartment! Location is perfect, super close to the beach and the downtown. Everything is high quality and comfortable. The room is equipped with everything you need: toiletries, little kitchen… The rooftop terrace with the jacuzzis is spacious and comfortable with a great view. We loved our stay at Vi Suites. The location is amazing- 2 minutes from the beach. The people at the reception were warm and friendly. They helped us with booking beach chairs for our stay. The rooftop lounge area was a great addition. The rooms were clean and spacious- the addition of the small kitchen was perfect for our short stay. We cannot recommend this more.

The location of the apartments was ideal, as the distance to the beach was a short walk. There are multiple shopping options in walking-distance, as well as restaurants and bakeries. Despite the facility just opening in June, the staff is extraordinary and a delight to interact with. Each person we had contact with was very professional and kind. The staff speaks impeccable english, so communication is no problem at all. They were able to accommodate any of our requests, including parking for our car and access to one of their affiliated beach clubs. The apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen stocked with anything you may need during your stay to prepare a breakfast or cook a delicious meal. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept it nice and cool during the day.

Nothing particular to point out, as everything was in order all of the time. Kudos to that.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso VI Suites in questi giorni e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La struttura è posizionata in pieno centro, comodissima per muoversi a piedi, ed è bellissima sia esternamente che internamente. Si percepisce chiaramente che è stato fatto un investimento importante: arredi moderni, ambienti curati, materiali di qualità e grande attenzione ai dettagli. Il nostro appartamento era molto spazioso, con letti larghi e comodissimi. In camera si stava benissimo, ambiente silenzioso e rilassante, perfetto per riposare. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche il kit completo per la pulizia della cucina, con pastiglie per lavastoviglie, sapone per i piatti, spugnetta e panni a disposizione: piccoli dettagli che fanno sentire davvero accolti. L’ultimo giorno ci hanno fatto una graditissima sorpresa, lasciandoci la colazione fuori dalla porta: un gesto che abbiamo trovato davvero elegante e premuroso. Il personale con cui abbiamo avuto modo di parlare è sempre stato educato, disponibile e professionale. È stato un piacere conoscerli. Sarebbe davvero molto bello tornarci. Struttura consigliatissima a chi cerca comfort, posizione centrale e qualità senza compromessi.
