Great location and very helpful staff!

Very friendly and informative staff. Received great recommendations for eating breakfast and beach clubs (Maurizio) and train travel to Pisa! Clean room each day of our stay. Perfect location, just one block off the beach and shopping area.

Maybe a thicker, softer mattress. But still, we slept great every night. Better instructions on the AC thermostat!

I come to Viareggio every year but it was my first time staying here. Great location, very clean, I didn’t try breakfast so can’t comment on that. The best part was that everyone of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Would not recommend because of the noise in street below every night.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff very efficient. Room was clean. Only problem was the noise in the street. Rubbish men collecting the rubbish at 3.00 am, loud banging noises, talking loudly to each other, bottles being thrown into the recycling lorry every night. Not a restful nights sleep.

Location excellent close to restaurants, shops and beach. Breakfast delicious, looked forward to a cappuccino each morning outside on the decking.Staff exceptionally nice especially Ruggero who was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Ruggero advised us on which train timetables to take and was great craic. Paul and Fiona Ireland

Lovely little hotel near the beach

Very close to the beach---so an ideal location! Although the water at this particular beach is not the best (cleanliness-wise)--so if you're someone who wants to do a lot of swimming, I'd recommend venturing further out of Viareggio. However, the hotel is great, and if you want to be near the shops and promenade and just lounge on the beach, this a great place to stay.
