The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions. We had a nice view of the sea from the balcony. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, we got along great. We definitely recommend this place.

Great stay and an even greater host in Viareggio

The location is perfect, near to the beach and the promenade. Luciana was an amazing host giving us tips before and during our stay about where to eat, what to do, where to park and was just wonderful and welcoming. The rooms are very nice, clean, equipped with everything you need and a good value for money! We will definitely come again :)

Great B&B centrally locates with wonderful service!

The service was exceptional! Luciana made my trip perfect, advising me how to get around and going out of her way to make you feel at home. I slept well on the king sized bed, and the nice hot shower felt wonderful after a long day of travels. The location is perfect! I would definitely come back.

The room was a bit small but comfortable. The B&B is on the main boulevard, so with the windows open , it can be a bit loud.

Luciana was a fantastic host during our stay. She is very friendly and she had a lot of great recommendations for restaurants, beaches etc. The room was very clean and the location of the accommodation is perfect! We enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this location!

La stanza era pulita fornita di un piccolo frigo per le bevande, climatizzata un balcone con tavolo e due sedie che da sulla via principale, la signora difronte si è affacciata per ritirare i panni a petto nudo 😁

Un weekend lampo

B&b molto molto carino. La stanza era accogliente e pulita. Il signore che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile, ci ha fatto il check in e lasciato le chiavi della stanza. La posizione è ottima, sei in una traversa della passeggiata. Una volta parcheggiata la macchina, puoi tranquillamente girare a piedi per Viareggio.

la struttura ben tenuta, camera e bagno tutto pulitissimo anche se le dimensioni non erano grandi, letti comodissimi (che x noi è importante), super accoglienza e simpatia del gestore e poi soprattutto in ottima posizione perchè vicinissimo alla spiaggia!! noi abbiamo già fissato di ritornare

Oltre le aspettative

Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa struttura. Posizione vicinissima al mare. Il proprietario, Piero, è una persona squisita e disponibilissima. In camera abbiamo trovato il frigo, il bollitore, il forno a microonde e la macchina per il caffè, comprese cialde, cibo per colazione e acqua fresca tutti i giorni. Pulizia ottima e servizio eccellente, una vera chicca. Ritorneremo sicuramente

La posizione della camera è perfetta vicino alla passeggiata, al mare ma anche al centro città, la camera è pulitissima ed è stata molto molto apprezzata la possibilità di potersi preparare la colazione in autonomia grazie alla presenza di macchina del caffè, frigorifero e microonde, il gestore è davvero gentilissimo, ci ha messo a disposizione in camera latte, bottigliette d'acqua cialde del caffè, marmellate fette biscottate, insomma una fornitura completa per una buonissima colazione il tutto rifornito giornalmente, tra l'altro abbiamo soggiornato qui per tre giorni e con nostra grande sorpresa la camera è stata rifatta e pulita ogni giorno. Insomma, potrei stare a tesserne a lungo le lodi ma dico solo che ne vale davvero la pena, non essendo un albergo raramente ci è capitato di stare così bene, ve lo consiglio davvero caldamente, non ve ne pentirete, soldi davvero ben spesi, grazie ancora al proprietario per l'estrema gentilezza, speriamo davvero di tornare presto

Ho prenotato in occasione del Carnevale. Purtroppo non ho potuto pernottare per un mio imprevisto. In ogni caso, il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Posizione ottima. Letto abbastanza comodo. Il bagno un pochino piccolo, ma comunque comodo. Ottimo per l’accesso alla sfilata del carnevale.
