Convenient and clean, good food. Parking a nightmare.

Close to beach. Good A/C. Excellent breakfast. Clean.

Street parking is not available during high season. We were not given a code for the front door. Took a while to contact owner.

Requested ocean-view room and got a room on the noisy street. From the balcony, I had a glimpse of the ocean. Transfer

Host smoked cigarettes-building smelled of smoke. Breakfast consisted of store-bought croissants or cake. I requested eggs. Host hard-boiled two eggs the next morning. She tried to provide a breakfast, but admittedly didn’t cook.

Perfect place and valueble much more than the price

The place is super clean and the bed is super comfortable, the breakfast was very nice, the decoration is so stylish I liked it, everything was fine. Marina the host is the best human being I have ever seen, thank you Marina

Location, just a short walk to the beachfront/promenade

Parking was a nightmare and instructions were to 'check the parking option on Google maps'. Lift was unpredictable Air con unit directly above wardrobe so airflow not fully effective Mattress didn't fit bedframe Would not recommend

Excellent location. Very helpful lady at the property and owners easily contactable. Very clean.

Nothing really. Beds a bit hard and there was only half a loo roll in room but when we asked for a spare it was delivered to the room.

The location is great. The breakfast is simple-coffee and a croissant. The room was nice and plenty big enough for two.

The safe in the room didn’t work, so we had to carry our valuables like passport with us to the beach and rent a locker there. A bit annoying.

I liked everything. I especially liked that it was a beautiful, well maintained, old, established building with very high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that opened out onto a balcony. it had so much charm and character. it was immaculate. my host Marina was gracious and so accommodating and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this home and hope to someday return. thank you Marina.

Ottimo per un weekend

Il posto è a due passi dal mare, in pieno centro. Il parcheggio è difficile e a pagamento, ma volendo è possibile lasciarlo in zona stazione, gratis e a piedi sono 10 minuti. Qualora si venisse nel periodo del carnevale, essendo il b&b nel perimetro, non è necessario l'acquisto del biglietto ( non sarà poi possibile uscire dalla zona del carnevale ).

Ci sono delle migliorie da fare alla camera, molto basilare. Purtroppo non abbiamo mai usifruito della colazione, perché la zona riservata è molto stretta e se in contemporanea ci sono tutti gli occupanti dell'hotel, non si ha spazio.

Weekend perfetto nel cuore del Carnevale: accoglienza top e posizione imbattibile!

Sono stata qui questo weekend in occasione del Carnevale (ed ero già stata anche l’anno scorso) e posso dire che è sempre una garanzia. La posizione è perfetta, proprio nel cuore del percorso della manifestazione: comodissimo perché, se si arriva già la sera prima e non si esce dalle transenne, non serve nemmeno acquistare il biglietto per entrare. La camera è grande e super pulita, davvero curata. Gli arredi sono un po’ datati, ma assolutamente funzionali e nel complesso si sta benissimo. Un dettaglio molto apprezzato è la colazione: anche se non risulta formalmente in prenotazione, preparano comunque qualcosa di buono per iniziare la giornata. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi ci hanno fatto lasciare le valigie senza problemi e ci hanno aspettato fino a tardi. In più, gesto carinissimo e in pieno spirito carnevalesco, ci hanno regalato anche i coriandoli da lanciare durante la festa.

Номер был ледяным. Кондиционер невозможно было отрегулировать, он жил своей жизнью и не слушал пульт. То ли пульт был неисправен. После многих попыток только через сутки почувствовали тепло. Хозяева не проявили гостеприимство. Оставили в двухместном номере два бумажных стаканчика и ни одной бутылочки воды. В номере нету чайника. На две персоны только один кружочек мыла. Полы каменные и очень холодные. Могли бы оставить обычные одноразовые тапки. Вставая с кровати нужно обувать ботинки, чтобы пройти в ванную комнату.

Ogni anno in autunno torniamo volentieri da Mario e Nenè. Camere comode, calorosa accoglienza e ottima colazione casalinga sono i punti forti della struttura.

Doccia con tenda a livello del pavimento (trovata in una sola camera di tutte quelle che abbiamo visto).

Ho trovato questa struttura molto ben collocata, a due passi dalla spiaggia di Viareggio e la sua passeggiata. L'ambiente è molto accogliente, arredato con cura e la signora Elsa con sua figlia Marina hanno il pregio di farti sentire a proprio agio

Ottima posizione, vicina al centro città e alla passeggiata sul lungomare. Camere pulite. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale.

Arredamento della camera un po’ datato, specialmente il bagno (senza piatto doccia). Ho trovato un po’ alto il prezzo in relazione alla qualità (ma in linea con i prezzi degli altri alloggi, comunque alti).

Het water kwam overal in de badkamer als je douchte, je kon niet echt in de badkamer spullen neerzetten, je hebt geen prullenbak en er komt veel licht door de ramen ookal zitten er luiken voor met doorzichtige gordijnen.
