The owners were very friendly and welcoming. My kids loved the little puppy, Kiko.

It says breakfast included, but there was not really much offer. Packed cookies and crackers, coffee juice package in the fridge and a baked cake. The bed was so soft that you sunk in it. Someone who likes soft beds will probably like it for me was unbearable. Showers were quite old, water pressure of sink and shower so low in one of the bathrooms that you could almost use the facilities. The location was okay, close to many restaurants and bars. However, no possibility to take a swim at the beaches since they’re all private and the owners of those beaches are not welcoming at all unless they get your money. The price was quite high (185€/night). We did come for the festival La Prima Estate and thus prices were adapted to demand, I understand.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B a Viareggio per due notti. La posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza: molto comoda e ben collegata. Purtroppo, per il resto l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. La camera era piuttosto piccola e il bagno poco funzionale, privo di un vero piatto doccia (solo una tenda), il che rendeva scomodo l’utilizzo. La colazione è risultata davvero scarsa: al punto che forse sarebbe meglio non offrire proprio questo servizio, piuttosto che proporlo in questo modo. Un aspetto particolarmente spiacevole è stato trovare asciugamani con odore di fumo. Inoltre, avevamo segnalato fin da subito che il televisore non funzionava: ci era stato assicurato che il problema sarebbe stato risolto, ma durante tutto il soggiorno non è stato fatto alcun intervento e la TV è rimasta inutilizzabile. In sintesi, ottima posizione ma diversi aspetti da migliorare per rendere il soggiorno più confortevole.
