Elevator Door was too old that my friend who lives in that area tried to help me with one of my luggage. The guy who looked like the owner of the hotel had an argument (in almost a fight mode) with my friend.

Good stay, very close to the beach and about 10mins from the train station.

Breakfast was below our expectations. Room is rather small but that is disclosed at booking and was okay for the one night we spent!

great beach town, great location

very cute small hotel located one block from the main beach strip. Also a 5 minute walk to where the busses leave. Room was small but functional, with air conditioning. bathroom was a bit small.

Great stay in Viareggio!

The hotel is very close to the beach and restaurants, which made our stay convenient. We arrived late afternoon and wanted to experience the sea before the night. The room was of adequate size, clean and comfortable. We had a small balcony overlooking both the sea and mountains, and we could dry our clothes there. Elevator was super handy with our luggages. We appreciated the AIRCONDITIONING very much. The staff spoke OK English.

No coffee making equipment in the room, distance from the train station was a bit far on damaged and narrow pavement (we had to be careful with the luggages) but it was manageable. Water pressure in the shower was a bit poor. Otherwise we were pleased with our stay.

Excellent beach stay!

Excellent location a minute walk from the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and offered us a free upgrade to a bigger room on arrival. The WiFi was excellent and the air con worked very well and quietly. The bathroom was a good size with a great working shower. Mini fridge in room and nice bright decoration. The room was very clean and cleaners came every day.

Molto soddisfatti

L’Hotel Caribe di Viareggio è un luogo accogliente, dove ci si sente subito a proprio agio. Il personale è sempre cortese e disponibile, attento a garantire un soggiorno piacevole. Le camere sono pulite e ordinate, e la posizione si è rivelata davvero comoda per raggiungere Lucca. È stato un ottimo punto d’appoggio per il Lucca Comics, perfetto per riposarsi dopo giornate piene e movimentate.

Molto soddisfatte

Camera con tutto il necessario, balcone con vista sia sul mare che sulle colline, colazione sia salata che dolce abbondante, con anche alcune cose diverse ogni giorno riguardo a quella dolce. In camera avevamo anche un frigo sotto tavolato molto comodo

I ganci per gli asciugamani erano un po' troppo in alto, io di mio sono bassa e non ci arrivavo. Un consiglio magari sarebbe quello di aggiungere un altro cestino nella stanza, ce n'era uno piccolo solo in bagno, data la presenza di una scrivania nella stanza penso ci sarebbe stato un altro bidoncino lì sotto.

Ottimo hotel

Tutto eccezionale! Oltre aspettative! Ci siamo sentiti trattati come in famiglia. Veramente ottima ospitalità e confort. Personale e il gestore sono bravissimi e fanno tutto per far sentire gli ospiti come a casa. La collazione è ottima e la cena è meglio di un ristorante di zona. In camera non mancava niente. Veramente un hotel che merita stelle.

La gentilezza avrebbe migliorato il soggiorno

La posizione é ottima per raggiungere il mare ed eventuali ristoranti per cenare

Al check-in siamo state accolte con un “stavo per chiamarvi perché non arrivavate” nonostante la fascia oraria prevista fosse 14-21 e fossero le 19 (con la camera già pagata, quindi l’albergatore non avrebbe perso nulla in caso di mancato raggiungimento della struttura). Dopo aver snocciolato le informazioni base con l’insistente raccomandazione di lasciare le chiavi in bacheca prima di uscire dall’hotel, siamo state rincorse fino all’ascensore, dove a porte già chiuse, ci è stata chiesta la tassa di soggiorno (atto dovuto ma avrebbe potuto chiedercela in un altro frangente come anche al check-out). Frigo in camera che non raffreddava (si accendeva solo la luce), aria condizionata e prese vincolate alla presenza in camera con tessera inserita. Scomodo data la scarsità di prese e la necessità di ricaricare più dispositivi. Colazione onesta con obbligo di sedersi al tavolo prestabilito dal personale e con sottofondo il filmato in loop del Carnevale a un volume che poco si confà a un momento di relax come quello mattutino.

OLTRE LE ASPETTATIVE. CAMERE PRATICAMENTE NUOVE.

Ottima colazione, ampia scelta sia del dolce che del salato. Ogni cibo ben esposto, in contenitori con coperchio, come pochi se ne vedono. Macchina del caffè e dei succhi di ultima generazione. Ottima posizione, a 50 metri dal mare, balconi vista mare.

Non hanno il parcheggio, come del resto tutti gli alberghi di Viareggio, quindi parcheggi in strada. La struttura si collega con il sito del Comune e ti inserisce la targa con l'abbonamento giornaliero da 6 euro; diciamo che il fastidio è superabile.

Fabuleux pour quelques nuits

Le patron tellement sympa, la localisation à côté de la mer incroyable . Idéal . Chambre et salle de bain absolument propre .
