Very nice and cozy small family hotel with perfect location- few steps from the sea and 10mins walk from the train station. All family members who served us at the hotel were very lovely: granny made nice home-made-like Italian dinners and mum and son made perfect support at the reception and prepared for us perfect evening drinks. Thank you for welcoming us and for our patience with our small (and sometimes noisy) kids and evening talks:)

Lovely and enjoyable stay close to everything you need with a friendly and welcoming owner family.

+ breakfast was tasty with coffee, tea, fruits, yoghurt, some sweet pastries and also ham, cheese and bread etc. + room was clean + easy to get to from the Viareggio train station, only 10 min walk just down the street + beach is a block away. We went to Milano beach, it was great!

- street was quite noisy in the morning. If you are not an early bird, this place might not be for you

Perfect location, near to the beach, comfortable bed

The Hotel is quite cozy, just a 10 minutes walk from the train station and only 2 minutes from the beach (promenade). The hotel staff was very friendly! Breakfast was nice, the room clean and the bed really comfortable. I slept really well. The proximity to the beach promenade and the restaurants located there makes the hotel a perfect place to stay. There is nothing that I didn't like, just a small note: There is no separate, self-contained shower cubicle in the bathroom. The shower device is directly in the bathroom, so that the toilet, for example, gets wet when showering. Oh, and the toilet is so close to the wall that you might get a cold leg because your thigh touches the cold tiles. However, due to my numerous holidays in Asia, I am used to completely different bathrooms, so as I said, this is not really a negative factor and I would definitely choose the hotel again.

The owners were very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with many different pastries, both sweet and salty.

The walls are a bit thin so it’s not ideal for light sleepers.

Great hotel, lovely owners and fantastic location!

Great location near the beach. Very sweet and friendly Labrador that follows the owner around. Breakfast is nice, though basic and served in their beautiful courtyard. Friendly and helpful owners too.

The room itself was pretty small, so much so that for someone with big feet like me, it extremely difficult to walk past the bed to access the balcony. The bathroom is also very small and the toilet is an angle that makes it very hard to use comfortably. I can't really criticise this too much as it's location means that you're only really in the hotel for sleeping and breakfast. And dog cuddles.

Nice location

Good location, close to beach and train station, and easy parking outside. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff, so much so that we had a bottle of Prosecco from our previous apartment and they allowed us to store in their fridge and drink it one night while playing cards in their lounge. We may well go back here in the future.

Only minor niggle was that we had to climb several stairs to get to our apartment - no lift.

Nice memories from Viareggio - grazzie mile!

the staff was extremely nice, kind and helpful, they can speak only Italian (we didn't) but there was no problem with the communication. The location was good, close to the beach and shops and not far from the train station. The room was big (with 3 beds for 2 persons).

there was an unpleasent misunderstanding with the breakfast, we were willing to have this breakfast included in the price but aparently it was not included in our booking confirmation and therefore we couldn"t have it, even though it was free of additional charge. So advice for you: doublecheck your booking confirmation whether the breakfast is included there, if not than contact the hotel immediatelly

Superb

Rooms get cleaned Daily unless wished otherwise. The atmosphere during our stay was very pleasant. The owner made us great coffee every day in the morning and plates with ham and cheese and warm cornetti (like a croissant) She gave us tips throughout our entire vacation and was very caring. Next time we are in Viareggio, we will definitely visit again.

The parking situation in viareggio was generally bad, but the owner gave us a really cheap parking ticket for the week. So it was not that big of an issue.
