The hotel is located just few steps from the beach and main road. Lovely meat restaurant nearby. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Breakfast has all what to wish for. Personnel is very helpful and friendly.

There are no amenities to prepare coffee/tea in the room. This is not a big deal, as there is bar at the reception.

Just one night stay

Clean room, kind staff, comfortable bed. Location close to the beach.

Hotel is very outdated. Could use refurbishing. Restaurant staff seemed like we were on their way at breakfast - no smiles, just feeling ... get out of here. Also our car was broken into during the night (not hotel's fault) - just as a warning to be careful and take everything out of the car.

Very clean hotel, Great location, Kind staff, especially at the reception they are very helpful. Very nice restaurant near by Ristorante dal Pascia, I highly recommended, the food is great. When going to the beach make sure you leave your valuables at the hotel or beach locker or with the lifeguards.

Thin walls so you can hear your neighbours just talking normal voice All worn out and requires investment Breakfast extremely simple . Eggs cooked a day before and only warmed up on the morning All together - catastrophe !!! I do not know how they got 8,0 at booking Price/service ratio - extremely bad

Cozy hotel close to the sea!

Cute little hotel in Viareggio, just around the corner of the beach and lovely restaurants. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our quiet and cozy stay!

I stayed in a double room. Clean and spacious room. Excellent white linens. Large bed with high quality mattress. Absolutely quiet lane, where the window looked out. Only 60m to the promenade line and the beach

An overpriced hostel in a great location

great location, nice staff

I can't believe we paid 300 euro for that room. The room felt like an overpriced private room in a hostel. There were three of us and not even enough room for us to open our bags. We ran into each other trying to move around the room. The AC unit was broken so they had a stand up unit in the room which, to its credit, worked well, but meant that we couldn't easily access the balcony because the tubing was directed outside, and that meant the door had to stay open at all times. The location and friendly staff were the only good parts of the hotel. Only stayed for one night, and did not pay for the breakfast

Charming stay in Viareggio invoking nostalgia of a bygone era

Excellent location only a 2 minute walk away from the Passegiata and the Beach. The staff were all friendly and efficient and the room was exceptionally clean, and whilst it was compact had everything I needed and the air conditioning functioned beautifully as did the wifi! Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of fruit, plenty of fresh croissants and cakes, yoghurts and ham and cheese etc. I would return.
