Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und hat uns besonders gefallen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat.
Besonders positiv überrascht waren wir vom Frühstück: Obwohl es laut Beschreibung eigentlich nicht inbegriffen war, wurde es uns dennoch angeboten. Wir fanden es sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, dass man uns darauf hingewiesen hat.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Zwar war alles sauber, jedoch ist das Hotel insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Außerdem roch es in den öffentlichen Bereichen nach Rauch, was wir als etwas störend empfanden – im Zimmer selbst war der Geruch allerdings nicht vorhanden.

Un'esperienza unica e indimenticabile! La camera sull'albero è una vera meraviglia, situata in una posizione perfetta a due passi dal lungomare di Viareggio e con una splendida vista sul mare. Il personale è di una gentilezza squisita, sempre disponibile e sorridente. La colazione internazionale è ricchissima e di ottima qualità. Le camere sono un'oasi di pace, perfettamente silenziose, e i letti comodissimi garantiscono un riposo eccellente. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliatissimo!
