old-school Italian hospitality

It is in a very good location considering the price/value. The big park is close to the hotel, and they give a discount on the nearest beach service. It is run by an old Italian family, so they are not IKEA rooms. On the other hand, the morning cappuccino is really Italian.

Air conditioning condensate water pump is very loud.

We loved our stay at hotel Kim it came as a pleasant surprise nice clean room, good beds and clean.

Breakfast was excellent we could not ask for more. A short walk through the park and you reached the beach. Plenty of good places to eat.

I highly recommend the stay, especially homemade croissants for breakfast made our stay great!

The romms were comfortable, with the balcony and the park view, breakfast was just amazing and the owners of the hotel are the sweetest people, I loved everything.

Maybe the hotel is not that modern, but it’s clean, close to the center and with the delicious food.

The room was clean, the owners were very pleasant, nice and welcoming. Definitely a really good stay for the small price. Most importantly, the coffee at the house was wonderful! I'll gladly return!

Friendly staff

Despite friendly staff I can’t recommend it. Noisy as there is no insulation ( I heard neighbors doing THAT all night), horrible bathroom. Smell of food everywhere all the time. They didn’t close kitchen and no ventilation obviously. Very old furniture and facilities.

Pulizia impeccabile. Proprietari gentili ed accoglienti, disponibilissimi nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze e soprattutto a quelle di mio figlio di un anno. Sicuramente un posto in cui torneremo volentieri. Consiglio questa struttura anche per la vicinanza al mare. Colazione abbondante e di qualità.

Parfait pour une halte à Viareggio, proche du centre, des plages et de la pinède.

Nous avons aimé l'ambiance un peu rétro de cet hotel familial de station balnéaire et ses propriétaires charmants et accueillants . Parking facile dans la rue. (Avec l'hotel, 5€ par jour) Situation proche du centre et près des plages.

Bâtiment ancien donc un peu sonore.

Управляет отелем самая милая пара в Италии ☺️ Отель не новый, стоит это понимать, но чистый, аккуратный, комфортный. Завтраки отличные. До моря пешком, чуть правее есть бесплатный пляж. Рядом хороший супермаркет.

Wat ouderwets maar authentiek - bijzonder vriendelijk en gedreven.

Zeer hartelijke ontvangst en bediening. Uitbaters echtpaar, niettegenstaande 75 plus, bijzonder gedreven. Ook zeer graag bereid voor advies ivm. bezoek aan de stad of restaurant. Wat oudere inrichting, maar daardoor ook authentiek. Uitgebreid ontbijt met kwaliteitsvolle producten, ook vleeswaren en kaas, aan tafel geserveerd. Parkeerplaats gratis en voor het hotel.

Sommige zaken zijn echt wat te oud, zoals de tafelaankleding. Mijn vrouw vond de matras niet goed, kraakte. En in de airco zit een frequent bromgeluid.

Super consigliato! Accoglienza, pulizia, posizione, colazione top!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con la mia famiglia e il nostro cagnolino. Hotel super pulito, a conduzione familiare, provvisto di tutto il necessario: set lenzuola-asciugamani, aria condizionata, wifi, TV, asciugacapelli e mini frigo all'interno della stanza (super comodo). L'hotel affaccia su una pineta perfetta per passare al fresco le ore più calde del giorno. E a 5 Min a piedi si raggiunge il mare, con spiagge e negozietti. L'hotel è anche molto vicino a un supermercato, il che lo rende molto comodo anche per eventuali spese. Abbiamo selezionato una permanenza con colazione inclusa, e abbiamo fatto bene! La colazione al mattino era ricchissima: torte fatte in casa, croissant, focaccine farcite, yogurt, succo di frutta, Nutella e marmellata, e altre cose, tutto veramente molto buono. Il proprietario, inoltre, prepara personalmente cappuccino/caffè/tè al momento. Ciò che però ci è piaciuto più di tutto il resto è proprio il trattamento che ci è stato riservato: il proprietario e il personale dell'hotel, tutti sorridenti e gentili, disponibili per qualsiasi domanda. Siamo stati accolti super calorosamente dal proprietario dell'hotel, che ci ha fatto subito sentire benvenute. Molto gentile anche con la nostra cagnolina, cosa che non sempre accade, quando si viaggia con i nostri amici pelosi. Le hanno fatto mille feste e coccole, e non ci è stato richiesto alcun supplemento alla fine del nostro soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente, se di passaggio a Viareggio. Ilaria, Giuliana, Benedetta e Mora 🐶

Ottima sistemazione

Hotel accogliente, proprietari gentili e disponibili, colazione ricca e varia e camere comode. Zona tranquilla e vicina alla stazione con una breve camminata. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Abbiamo alloggiato per il Lucca Comics e non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Ritorneremo.
