Extremely enjoyable stay in a wonderful setting with the kindest host and hostess.

Place was spotless, amazing updated shower and bathroom. Room with high ceilings, extremely comfortable bed. Wonderful touches with the towel art, coffee and tea maker. Host and hostess were wonderful and attentive with great advice. breakfast was lovely, delicious cakes and wonderful coffee made to order by the host and hostess. Would stay there again!

Stay in Viareggio for the Carnival

Beautiful accomodation. Amazing staircase. Renovated with care abd style just beautiful! Rooms tastefully decorated and comfortable. Location perfect for the Carnevali.

We didn't sleep that well, but that is not the fault of the hosts. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, that would have been a nice touch. It was a perfect room for us as a couple. Thank you!

Meraviglioso ❤️

Tutto stupendo, superlativo un accoglienza meravigliosa. Sicuramente quando torneremo a Viareggio soggiorneremo di nuovo da loro. La nostra esperienza è stata perfetta, cordialissimi e gentilissimi ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio. La stanza era al piano terra e con tutti i comfort. I proprietari Gabriella ed il marito Rutger sono stati incredibilmente ospitali. Infatti quando sono andata a fare colazione stavano chiacchierando piacevolmente con mio marito. La struttura è accogliente, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli. Ottima colazione sia dolce che salata. Ci sono anche i due gattoni dolcissimi. Superconsigliata e anche se l'ho già scritto ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

Consigliatissimo!

Bellissima villa d'epoca, sapientemente e finemente ristrutturata, davvero molto accogliente. Gabriella e Rughter sono host super gentili e disponibili, ed è stato bello conoscerli! le stanze sono spaziose e confortevoli, sotto ogni punto di vista ed i materassi una favola. Super consigliato, noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

Solo una parola, eccezionale!!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo B&B per 3 notti e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. La struttura fin da subito è sembrata accogliente e ben curata; l'accoglienza data dai proprietari Gabriella e Rutger è stata semplicemente fantastica, sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta ed informazione durante tutto il soggiorno e mai invadenti. Per quanto riguarda la camera era adatta per 3 persone, con un letto matrimoniale ed uno singolo; i letti molto comodi e la stanza spaziosa, ben illuminata, fresca e abbastanza insonorizzata; il bagno privato direttamente in camera molto bello e spazioso. La stanza non presenta un frigo privato, ma è presente un frigo condiviso con gli altri ospiti in cucina. La colazione è stata ottima e completa, dal dolce al salato; molto bello il fatto di poter fare la colazione o all'interno nell'area della cucina o all'esterno in compagnia di due bei gatti. Il B&B si colloca in una posizione perfetta: a 300 metri dalla spiaggia e proprio di fronte alla pineta; non dispone di un parcheggio privato, ma lungo tutta la strada, su cui si affaccia, sono presenti numerosi posti auto. Molto comodi i due bagni convenzionati e consigliati, inoltre ottimi i consigli forniti dai proprietari su dove mangiare o girare. Mi sento di consigliare questa struttura a chi cerca un po' di relax, comodità ed una autentica ospitalità.

Unico difetto, non disponendo di un parcheggio privato, la difficolta nel trovare il parcheggio in strada, specialmente la sera.

Ottima scelta.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti , prima di imbarcarci da Livorno in questa villa a due passi dal mare e 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Viareggio. Accoglienza fantastica da questa coppia che tu mi accolgono nella loro casa con entusiasmo. Ottimi anche i consigli x i ristoranti , parcheggio e alcuni stabilimenti balneari convenzionati . La stanza era al primo piano , con tutti i confort possibili , pulita con biancheria profumata . Non c’è il frigo ma hanno giù un frigo in comune con gli altri ospiti , molto utile per mettere anche i ghiaccioli della nostra borsa frigo . Ottima colazione con prodotti locali , sia dolce che salata . Ci sono due gatti che vi faranno compagnia. 🐈‍⬛ Unico appunto , con le finestre aperte si sente il traffico della strada laterale , la prossima volta che torniamo , richiedo una stanza più interna . Per il resto , solo complimenti per tutto . Bravi 👏
