We only stayed one night!

Super friendly staff! Very helpful with parking, directions and in general!

Great location Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen, had! Fresh and well displayed The only negative aspect that we had was the location of our room! It faced the inner court yard so the view was an inner wall! It was a last minute reservation so even if it was a Superior room, next time I’ll will definitely ask for at least an outside facing room! Window very small but the cleanliness and staff made up for the “Room with no View”

I would never visit the same hotel there are multiple ones in the area that looks way better

The rooms are clean and well furnished although there is no sound cancellation we could hear the other rooms all night

The reception staff are very rude from check-in till check out We arrived before check-in time in about half an hour and the guy started being rude We told him we don't even need the room I'll pay the city tax and go out and yet he wasn't understanding very disrespectful and rude

Viareggio beach dream hotel

The staff was amazing, the room was absolutely luxurious and comfy. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and made us feel at home. The location is perfect!!! Located right on the boardwalk with shipping and restaurants nearby. We will be back for sure!!

Perfect stay

The staff could not have been more helpful. They were always available, communicated very well and a pleasure to speak with. The hotel location was perfect for us, right on the beach thoroughfare.

It’s a good hotel, but not 5 starts

The location was perfect and the beds were super comfortable. The room was also nice.

For a 5 stars hotel I was expecting a gym, a spa, and at least a small balcony or window to the street. The hotel doesn’t have gym or spa and the room we got had an window with “view” to the inside of the building, so it was very disappointing.

Very disappointing - an unwelcoming atmosphere for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is well decorated with the assistance of well thought out interior design.

Lack of any refreshment facility in the room, e.g. coffeee machine or bottle of water except a chargeable mini bar. Excessive charges for room service. Spartan downstairs meeting area and no outside space.

Pleasant but disappointing

Location was good

We boomed this as we have always loved an indulgent stay at a Relais and Chateau This one did not live up to expectations It was very nice and pleasant but not the standard I was hoping The staff on reception gave more check in instruction The room was nice but nothing unusual or different The bar was tiny Just disappointed in the overall offering for being an R&C I think it's just cause the restaurant is Michelin star, we didn't eat in there as it was very quiet and look like it would lack atmosphere

Great location. Comfy Room. It ends there. Stay somewhere else for the money you are spending.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, easy to get to from the train (walkable/20 mins, and taxi), right on the boardwalk.

This should not be a 5 star hotel. There are no facilities other than a fancy restaurant. It was a bit hard to sleep with street noise--but that's what you get having a balcony and being on the main boardwalk. For the money you are paying to stay here, there should be some free mini bar options, facilities, and beach options. Absolutely absurd you have to pay for beach towels, chairs, etc. with a third party beach vendor. We ended up renting bikes and riding 10mins to a free beach that was way less crowded vs. paying 30-60 more euro just to have a spot at the beach vendor that the hotel had an "agreement" with for guests.

Definitively missing a swimmingpool, missing also a private parking the hotel should buy a Bagno and offer luxe bath facilities to the guest. the hotel has an agreement with a bagno on the beach but this place looks cheap, staff totally uninterested so this is not matching at all with the high standart of the hotel
