Fabulous

This hotel is fabulous and we would highly recommend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, the bar was very relaxing and breakfast is amazing with a great selection. This property is perfectly located for the promenade, bars and restaurants which are all only a short walk. The Hotel also offers bicycles for hire which we did on our last day and it is so worth cycling the length of the promenade as the views and beaches are stunning along the way. We would definitely book this hotel again in the future, thank you

We were screwed by the hotel. It was a most unpleasant experience.

The staff were good with the exception of the front desk staff upon arrival

We booked an apartment. Upon arrival we were told we had been "upgraded". We were put in in a space with a "living room" with 1 couch and a big exercise bike. In lieu of the kitchen was a sauna! Not one real glass in the "apartment". Just 2 plastic cups. The bedroom was o,k, I complained, was told all the apartments were booked out. When I said we were leaving miraculously an apartment became available. We left the next day. I am furious.

The only good thing is the pictures on booking.com which are nothing to do with reality.

The hotel is not as it appears in the pictures on booking.com. Especially the rooms are very old and not clean. The paint is peeling off in the hallway, the spilled ceiling is roughly covered with plaster. We made a reservation for 2 nights, we wanted to stay for 1 night and leave, but the manager did not accept our cancellation request. We left after 1 night and paid for 2 nights. Never make a non-cancellable reservation. They have zero respect for guest rights. We definitely do not recommend it.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of options. Room was so spacious it felt more like an apartment.

I liked the professionalism of the check in service and the automatic upgrade. It was a short stay, and I've been there a few times during the summer. The internet service in the room was excellent for smart working. The room was very clean and comfortable especially the temperature. Housekeeping service was wondering!

I know the restaurant is independent from the hotel and under a new owner recently, but the dinner and breakfast service needs improvement. We were welcomed by the restaurant hostess for dinner who wore jeans and a shirt which didn't compliment the style and reputation of the hotel. It was a special evening and I felt let down seeing that the hotel offered this service. We were served a complimentary appetizer before dinner and I told the waiter that my fiancé is allergic to fish, the waiter said there's nothing he can do. The atmosphere is relaxing and very clean. The dishes were very tasty, compliments to the chef. The breakfast had little variety in means of hot dishes for tourists and the juices were in a different area. The breakfast set up could be improved to accommodate the elderly. The previous restaurant owners went above and beyond which was a perfect match for the hotel. I'm not sure if I want to return to the hotel if my dinner and breakfast is in this manner.

The location, I booked the suite and the room space was good.

Need to work on their cleaning. My room A/C was not working and not cooling at all, the staff tried to fix the problem but nothing was solved and they just got me a fan!!! Barely any options for breakfast.

It was a pleasant stay but I would not return to this hotel.

The air conditioning- in June it was sweltering and it was so nice to return to a cool room. Bike rental available with in-house maintenance. Proximity to the sea.

The first impression in the entrance lobby is that is a bit outdated and shabby. The decor generally throughout the hotel seems from another era. It has huge potential and with a bit of investment could be beautiful. The bedrooms are small but very clean. The shower was tiny - built for a very small Italian not a 6’5” male who could barely turn in it. The TV worked for on average 10 minutes and then the signal went - especially on English speaking channels - their broadband needs updating. The breakfast was included in the price but was very outdated also - fruit was past its sell-by date, eggs left to congeal, bacon strips hard and fatty.- an in-house chef to cook things freshly would make a difference. The biggest selling point is the staff who are all friendly and helpful at reception, in the dining room and cleaning staff.
