Great host and an adorable apartment in a perfect location.

Well-appointed modern rooms in a basement apartment ideally located. We stayed to attend Carnevale, and the location could not have been better. The host was absolutely lovely and gave us information about where to buy costumes and where to dine. She even offered to wake up early and drive us to our train when we could not confirm a taxi. 100% recommended.

Very great accommodation

The host Cinzia was very caring, shared information about Viareggio, gave beach and restaurant recommendations. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. There were detergents and cream. It was possible to make coffee and sit in the yard. In the yard you could also meet a very cute cat from time to time.

Location was ideal for my requirements. Room was big. Bathroom is recently refurbished and very functional. Room was very clean. Self check-in and information provided for self check-in were excellent. Name of the room, the related decor in the room (table and the framed art) are very original, cool and much admired by me

The mattress could be better and more comfortable. The double bed is technically not a double bed and there is an inexplicable and uncomfortable “bump” in the middle. Price is competitive given the location, time of the year, etc. However, given the lack of a reception, breakfast, poor quality of the mattress/bed and opportunities to purchase basic goods (water for example) I am wondering if rooms should be offered at a lower price

La posizione e la gentilezza della proprietaria ci hanno reso il soggiorno molto bello.

La posizione, la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria, la pulizia della camera. All'interno c'era tutto l'occorrente per fare colazione e le camere vengono rifatte al mattino.

Dire che qualcosa non mi è piaciuto è dire una bugia, dico solo due cose sulle quali ragionare. La prima di "poco conto", farei presente che l'acqua è bollente, casomai ci fossero dei bambini potrebbe essere pericoloso. La seconda, le stanze sono nel basso e, il sistema porte per accedervi è un pochino macchinoso non c'è un'uscita di sicurezza veloce e tutte le finestre hanno le inferriate.

Camera spaziosa, ben divisa, e confortevole. Posizione ottima. Ci siamo stati per carnevale in occasione del secondo corso mascherato. Host super gentile e disponibile Flessibile per gli orari del riassetto della camera.

Impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto, all’insegna del comfort, della pulizia e della cortesia

Ho soggiornato in questa stanza per 2 notti e l’esperienza è stata davvero perfetta. La padrona di casa è estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La camera è dotata di tutti i comfort, tra cui un mini frigo e bollitore. All’ingresso della struttura si trova anche un microonde (utilissimo per noi che viaggiamo con una bimba di 8 mesi, per scaldare latte e pappe) e la macchinetta del caffè con cialde offerte. Ho apprezzato moltissimo anche la pulizia giornaliera, impeccabile. Un’attenzione speciale è stata dedicata alla colazione: in camera abbiamo trovato brioches, fette biscottate, marmellate, tè, camomilla e caffè, che venivano riforniti giornalmente, tutto a disposizione per iniziare bene la giornata. All’interno della stanza è presente anche il tavolo con sedie, perfetto per mangiare. Inoltre, la padrona ha fornito gratuitamente una culla per la nostra bambina, un gesto davvero apprezzato. Il bagno è pulitissimo e molto spazioso, un dettaglio che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. La posizione è ottima: la struttura si trova vicinissima al centro e al mare, rendendo tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chi cerca comfort, pulizia, comodità e cortesia. Torneremo sicuramente!

Un'esperienza positiva

La camera era moderna e spaziosa. Erano presenti con alcuni confort non scontati, ad esempio alcuni snack per la colazione, la crema per il corpo, i dischetti struccanti e il phone era potente, non il classico da viaggio. Vicinissimo al mare, ad un'ottima rosticceria e a tutti i servizi.

Consiglio di mettere delle tende oscuranti per la luce e un miglior sonno.

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla passeggiata e dal mare. Camera molto confortevole dotata di tutto ciò che serve e pulizia eccellente. Host molto professionale e disponibile, sia prima che durante tutto il soggiorno.

Forse migliorerei il sistema di accesso, che richiede l'apertura e chiusura di più porte, ma è giusto un dettaglio superabile!
