There was a noisy row between neighbours in the evening, that went on for a very long time before the police intervened. This disturbed my peace. My suggestion: intervene sooner and call the police, to ensure peace and quiet for the guests.
It was very noisy. And it´s a pity, because this affects the customer experience.

Central location just off the main waterfront. Friendly staff who informed us of the parking charges outside - very useful. They then directed us to an excellent restaurant near the marina. Room was clean and comfortable. Great choices at Breakfast.

The location was brilliant, only 15 mins walk from train station so able to easily use the hotel as a base to discover more of tuscany. Also very close to beach and many shops and restaurants nearby along with a very popular restaurant in the hotel which I didn't have time to use.
The room was bright and modern, lovely bathroom, bed very comfortable, with nice large balcony.
Staff were friendly and breakfast was good and varied.
Nothing really to say here other than I would of preferred to have ability to make tea or coffee in my room, an addition of a kettle etc would be a good.
