Fabulous hosts

An exceptional stay - certainly not the Ritz but clean, comfortable with well equipped rooms. The location close to the marina is excellent and local restaurants are also brilliant. Above all of this though is the superb service provided by Valentina and her dad. Their helpful and welcoming approach is fabulous. They love their hotel and they want all of their visitors to share in that - nothing is too much trouble for them. We loved it.

A little hidden gem

A fantastic spot to stay in Viareggio. We loved every aspect of our stay here. Facilities are some of the best we have had in Italy. The Host is incredible and made our stay comfortable and homely. The location is 10 out of 10. Great value for money and will definitely be staying here again and would recommend to others !!!

Our home in Viareggio

Valentina the host and her family were very welcoming and attentive, we felt at home. Very clean, good self-service breakfast. Real espresso machine with fresh coffee and milk, fresh bread in the morning. Close to Viareggio port, center and the beaches.

The location was fine. The host was friendly and rearranged our stay from 2 to 1 night. Coffeemaker in the room. Bathroom was fine. Free parking.

The bedsheet/pillow smelled bad, no real blanket only the sheet. The internet was very slow. Supermarket breakfast. Some prosciutto, toast cheese, Nutella, butter, yogurt and juice. Had to throw out the croissant as it was burned. The flute was chewy and didn’t feel fresh. The shower took some time to get warm. Not much light in the room, it felt dark.

Valentina is an incredible host and made it her priority to exceed our expectations in every way . She delighted us with fresh baked goods each morning and ensured my children had water, juice, milk, snacks and yogurt at every turn. She is so very gracious and accommodating! To boot, the location is perfect for exploring all that the area has to offer! I will absolutely stay here again should I return to Viareggio! Thank you, Valentina!

Everything was perfect. Valentina was excellent host and made us feel very welcome. Location is great. The apartment was very pleasant and there was small garden where we also liked to spend time. We will be back for sure 😊.

Valentina not only went the extra km to ensure the success of my stay, she went the extra 100 km!

I travelled for work at the shipyards nearby so for me the location was perfect. Valentina welcomed me personally at almost midnight after a harrowing trip from the UK involving late flights and arriving in Pisa to find no taxis. When I did arrive in Viareggio, Valentina took care of the driver and gave me a quick tour of the property and my room which made my settling in totally relaxing. The room itself was large, air conditioned and and self contained having separate bathroom and a small kitchen with coffee maker. When I left, Valentina arranged an early taxi pick up for me and her father took care of the arrangements and ensured the taxi was on site on time and I was boarded with minimum fuss and full explanations.

The best place to stay

First of All, Valentina is an amazing host, very kind and supportive, helping you with whenever you may need so that you feel like her guest not a client. the room is very clean and cosy. Small kitchen with a fridge, coffee machine and basic, big bathroom with cool relaxing shower. In case of localisation, it couldn’t be better. it is very close to the two beaches, to marina and city center. 20 minutes walking distance from train station, from where you can get to all important cities and places of the region. Many cosy restaurants and cafes in the area. I wish all apartments are in such good quality :)

Eccellenza nell ospitalità in darsena a Viareggio.

E' stato tutto perfetto. Non capisco come sia possibile dare un voto inferiore al 10. Pulitissimo. Camere spaziose. Nuove. Bagno grande con doccia idromassaggio. Colazione a la carte in camera. Col cucinino in camera per la preparazione come a casa. Ci siamo sentiti come dei re. Di fronte l'hotel ci sono tanti parcheggi gratuiti che considerando la posizione centrale non sono facili da avere. Quando entri nell'albergo ti sembra di entrare nella storia della città. I gestori ci hanno raccontato che la villa e' una delle prime ville liberty del 900. E loro hanno conservato questa autenticità innovandola con la ristrutturazione moderna. Per non parlare dell'accoglienza. Calda. Professionale. Grazie ancora. Il migliore. Questo hotel e' la garanzia! Grazie ancora di tutto

ottima accoglienza di Valentina e suo papà. Colazione a richiesta rispettando le esigenze alimentari di ciascuno. ottima posizione per avere parcheggio gratuito in strada e facilissimo accesso alla passeggiata in 5 minuti a piedi.

E' stato tutto perfetto. Siamo tornati indietro anche con una bottiglia di vino offerto dalla casa.

L’accoglienza e la gentilezza della proprietaria, la pulizia, la cura e la posizione centrale vicinissima al centro e a poca distanza dal mare . È un vero b&b, la colazione la farete direttamente in camera . Tornando a Viareggio verremo sicuramente ancora qui .

Perfekt, gerne wieder.

Die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeberin bei An- und Abreise hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Sie hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um uns alles zu erklären und gute Tipps für Essen, Parken und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung zu geben. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und hatten trotz durchwachsenem Wetter eine tolle Zeit in Viareggio.

Milé a příjemné ubytování, nicméně obyčejné v dobrém slova smyslu, bez velkého luxusu.

Vstřícný přístup paní Valentiny, snídaně byla připravena vždy v dohodnutý čas v balíčku u pokoje. V koupelně byla sprcha s masážními tryskami, které jsme nevyužili. Každé přání nám okamžitě vyplnila sama nebo pokud nebyla doma, tak její otec. Navšívili jsme autem blízká města Pisa a Lucca a občas jsme se vykoupali na pláži v docházkové vzdálenosti.

Náš pokoj byl malý, ale měli jsme k dispozici krytou terasu s pohodlným posezením u jídelního nebo konferenčního stolu.

Prima verblijf voor een aantal dagen.

De locatie bij de haven. De deluxe kamer had en keukentje en een koelkast die goed gevuld was.Een luxe badkamer. Valentino en haar vader zijn heel aardig en super behulpzaam. Elke ochtend en goed verzorgd ontbijt op de kamer met vers brood, eitjes en nog veel meer! De patio is niet echt een buiten, maar wel prima plek om te vertoeven.

Paix, amour, plage, et gastronomie la vraie dolce vita !

Nous avons tout aimé : le confort des lits, le calme, la qualité exceptionnelle du petit déjeuner livré chaque matin devant la porte, l’emplacement parfait (entre le meilleur glacier et la meilleure pizzeria en + d’être devant le port) et surtout l’accueil chaleureux de Valentina et son père !!! Toujours disponibles et si discrets !

Op een zeer goede plek, een mooi schoon appartement.

De locatie is geweldig. De host is zeer prettig in de omgang en helpt je altijd met je vragen. Er heerst een prettige sfeer in de omgeving. Lekker eten aan beide kanten van het appartement. Het appartement is super schoon en je kunt altijd terecht voor een extra clean op als je bijv. een fles wijn kapot laat vallen..

Vacanza rigenerante e ritemprante

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica a due passi dal mare. Circondata da molti esercizi ( gelateria, bar, alimentari,…) e’ anche estremamente silenziosa. Situata in una bella palazzina e’ di facile accesso anche a chi ha bimbi piccoli al seguito. La pulizia è eccellente : l’appartamentino viene pulito spesso. Il bagno è grande e vi campeggia una funzionale doccia. Valentina e Carlo ( suo papà) hanno come scopo quello di coccolare gli ospiti e così è stato: siamo stati viziati dalla loro gentilezza, premura e dalle fantastiche colazioni giornaliere. Scelta tra il salato ed il dolce con prodotti freschi, di qualità ottima appena usciti da forno e/o pasticcerie. Bravissimi!!!! Consigliatissimo!!! Torneremo sicuramente!!!!
