Good place!!

Room was very big and comfortable, with an area to enjoy morning coffee. Really liked that there is a lift for luggage and very cute cats. Owners are helpful and friendly! Thank you

there was a water-cooker and some tea bags in the room so you could prepare tea in the morning. nice balcony to enjoy the sun.

Passable

It was an “ok” for only sleeping, but I am afraid that I have to honestly say that I do not wish to return there. Although the people running the hotel were nice, but it was not very professional, nor well-maintained and prepared for a family.

The broken shower, the missing light bulbs, the over-used towels, the broken balcony, the dirty entrance, the dark and smoke-filled reception, the loud neighbors, and the price we paid for the quality we received.

Great location! Walk to the beach, quiet, yet central. Beautiful villas all around and staff was friendly.

Nice for a night.

The balcony was cute and the entrance has a lot of charm.

There was no hot water only Luke warm and the room was cold but I found two blankets in the cupboard. The bed is also two singles pushed together. It was obvious someone had being smoking in the room previously as it was overpowering air freshener and there was actually ash on the bedside table which makes you wonder of the cleanliness. They also wanted me to leave my key in a bowl at the front desk and were confused when I refused as that would give any other guest access to my room. They told me they were always there (even though I stood there for 15 mins when I was early to check in).

Locali molto puliti, posizione comoda per andare al mare (si arriva a piedi solo nella spiaggia attrezzata, per arrivare alla spiaggia libera bisogna camminare molto)

Struttura un po' vecchia con porte in plastica, bagno senza finestra, il Walter era praticamente dentro la doccia e senza il piatto doccia (il pavimento é un tutt'uno con la doccia). Dell'androne saliva per le scale un odore di fumo non eccessivo ma un sgradevole che nelle camere non si sente fortunatamente.

Bellissimo weekend

Io, il mio fidanzato e la mia amica abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti presso Villa Morgana. Abbiamo sentito un'aria di accoglienza e di benessere non appena siamo entrati. Tutto questo è stato poi confermato dalla camera pulitissima e ordinata, dalla posizione della villa (7 min a piedi per raggiungere il lungomare) e dalla disponibilità degli host. La signora Giulia e il signor Alessandro ci hanno accolti con il sorriso e con la gentilezza. Sono stati disponibili ad esaurire ogni nostra richiesta. Persone veramente adorabili! Se mai dovessimo tornare a Viareggio torneremo senz'altro a Villa Morgana.

Ottimo!

Ottima soluzione per visitare Viareggio sia in estate che nel carnevale (a pochi passi dal lungomare,in una strada tranquilla e silenziosa). Camera quadrupla spaziosa, c'è tutto l'essenziale, struttura piccola a conduzione familiare, I gestori sono molto gentili e in particolare la signora Giulia è stata dolcissima con le mie due bambine con le quali condivide la passione per la maglia. Consigliato senza ombra di dubbio
