Partly rude staff - never again

The two young men who had the morning shift were very friendly and the breakfast was great. Beautifully prepared buffet with a big variety of cakes, fruit, breads, ham, cheese, cereal. The location is good as well, close to the beach and restaurant, yet quiet. When we told them we are leaving earlier than planned and why, he appologized for his colleague.

When we first arrived we were treated badly and rudly by the elderly lady who had the reception shift. Already the first greeting was grumpy and showed she was in a bad mood. She then informed me that she did not have a car park for us, which we had asked for beforehand. This was ok for us, we said we can park somewhere else. When she heard we had the car in front of the entrance to offload our luggage she flipped. She got loud, shouted at us we had to remove the car immediately, wanted to keep our passports, while all we wanted was to check in, get our luggage and our two children out of the car and then move the car to find a free spot in the roads around the hotel. We then had to tell her that the longer she discusses with us, the longer it will take until we can park somewhere else and she should proceed with the check in now. If we hadnt already paid the room in advance we would have left. It was the least welcoming and rudest behavior towards us as a customer and guest I have ever seen. We decided to leave after 1 night instead of the arranged 2 nights. The hotel itself is rather old standard, but it was clean. Ok for a night or two, but definitely not more.

The location is really very good - very close to the promenade and beaches. Our room was newly renovated, very nice, new, clean... The only minor problem was that there was no fridge / minibar in the room, but the receptionist allowed us to put food in the fridge in the common areas, so everything was completely fine

Overnight stay

The hotel was within walking to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean, plenty of free secure parking. The landlady was very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean and the breakfast was quite extensive.

Clean, but not spotless. Fixed shower head - kept breaking and spraying water all over bathroom. Toilet flush keeps going - meaning the float system is sticking. Bathroom dated, which is fine, but it isn’t well maintained. Had to hand your keys in for parking as they have to move the cars around - not clear if damage caused to vehicle whilst in their care would be covered by them so we risked parking on the street Had to leave door key at reception, safe did not appear to function. Door key to room was loose, it was a blank key with no grooves and didn’t fit the door properly. No real soundproofing.

Bed was very uncomfortable, Bathroom is very small to move around few times hurt’s in my foot and lags, showers was very badly systems water was not going through very very slow and all dirty water was rising upper,, couldn’t stay in shower more then two-three minutes as disgusting.. few times I had Complien to the Teresa and Michelle but keep putting drains blockage liquid but doesn’t help.. I need 20% refund as I didn’t had good showers…!!!

The beach is 400m from the hotel

Very very tight with no space, there is almost no parking, the personal only speaks italian, there is no elevator, the toilet is just a built-in box.

Buonissima esperienza

Avevo visto recensioni contrastanti, invece è andata molto bene. Stanza ristrutturata, colazione ottima e variegata, posizione molto buona per il carnevale. Circa 20 min a piedi dall'ingresso... Possibilità di parcheggiare in struttura a pagamento.

Prezzo un po' altro per una notte, (150€ per una doppia), ma vero anche che era periodo di carnevale ed era il prezzo più basso in zona, prenotazione effettuata un mese prima. La Stanza un po' piccola e con qualche possibile miglioramento ma si vede che è ristrutturata

Staff molto cordiale, buona colazione sia dolce che salato, camera ristrutturata a nuovo, pulita con riscaldamento/aria condizionata indipendente, struttura centralissima a 300mt dal mare e centro.

Unico neo: non al 100% il rapporto qualità/prezzo anche dovuto al periodo non proprio economico della prenotazione durante il Carnevale. Altrimenti struttura ok e in fase di ristrutturazione.

Parcheggio coperto e gentilezza infinita

Ho scelto questo albergo per il parcheggio per il carnevale di Viareggio e sono soddisfatta soprattutto per la gentilezza dei personali. È un albergo di 3 stelle quindi non mi aspettavo molti servizi e comodità ma la stanza era calda ed era silenziosa. La qualità della prima colazione era buona.

Mi sarebbe piaciuto di avere una mensola in bagno per mettere le creme. Le donne hanno sempre bisogno di lasciare le cose loro😉

LE CAMERE NON SONO QUELLE DELLE FOTO!! Si sentiva assolutamente tutto quello che succedeva nelle altre stanze e la mia camera aveva il wc attaccato al lavandino, letti vecchi e consumati così come i cuscini quasi inesistenti da quanto usati

Posizione ottimale con numerosi parcheggi ma soprattutto la ragazza della reception: bravissima e gentilissima

Rapporto qualità prezzo no coment, un hotel sicuramente anni 70 e così è rimasto: nessun miglioramento nel tempo e l'usura ha fatto il suo dovere. Una colazione minimal con cose confezionate opportunamente scartare dall'involucro x gli ospiti, prezzo esagerato per una struttura del genere. Non lo consiglio mi dispiace.

Schwierig

Lage zum Strand gut.

Extrem altes, kaputtes und teils schimmeliges Bad im Dreibettzimmer, eine Badewannendusche die nur extrem schwierig zu begehen war, da sie eigentlich nicht als Dusche gedacht war, durchgelegene Matratzen, Frühstück in Ordnung aber nicht besonders gut. Wir würden nicht noch einmal kommen!

Lido Di Camaiore merita sempre!

Ottima posizione , servizio di pulizia camera ottimo ed efficiente , colazione abbondante

La struttura è un po’ datata alcune camere non sono ristrutturate quindi non si presentano bene ad ogni modo quelle ristrutturate sono accoglienti seppur con qualche miglioria ancora da poter fare ( maniglia porte da registrare perché non vengano giù , nella doccia avrei messo il vetro e non la tenda ed aggiungerei qualche mensolina dove poggiare le cose visto il lavandino molto piccolo) Nella struttura non è presente l ascensore ( forse una mia svista nella prenotazione ) ma portare su le valigie a mano per le scale e’ comunque una seccatura . Per tre notti 500 euro seppur ad Agosto forse un po’ eccessivo .

Esperienza pessima, Ho richiesto un cambio data a meno di 24 ore dalla prenotazione supplicando perché avevamo avuto un imprevisto con la macchina e per la modica cifra di 50€ e 2 telefonate di supplica per rimettere la camera che avevo prenotato in vendita, sono riusciti a spostarci data.totale circa 160€ di una camera che poi si è rivelata non essere neanche parente con le foto. La camera che ci hanno dato era datata ma pulita aveva il bagno vecchio logoro che puzzava di fogna e la doccia e il lavandino erano intasati. L'ho fatto presente ma non mi hanno creduta né mi hanno rimborsata i 50€ aggiunti senza motivo (x il cambio data ,anche se la camera che avevo prenotato dicevano di averla venduta) . A me dispiace scrivere queste cose ma mi sono sentita sbeffeggiata dal "direttore" . Se io ti faccio presente un disservizio , il tuo compito è quantomeno verificare quello che dico e cercare di rimediare. Non mi ha seguito neanche quando chiavi in mano ho cercato di portarlo a vedere il problema . Non credete quando vi dicono che le camere sono nuove e ristrutturate,la metà lo sono. L'altra metá no e le pagherete allo stesso modo. Sono stata in molti hotel in questa vacanza, questo è stato di gran lunga il peggiore di tutti. Lo sconsiglio a chiunque, preferivo di gran lunga perdere i 108€ iniziali che avere l'amaro in bocca per tutta la vacanza con la sensazione di essere stata fregata. Meno male che esistono le recensioni Ciliegina sulla torta non è accessibile ,non ha ascensore né rampe...nel 2025

Mały pokój i nieco archaiczne jak na włoskie warunki urządzenie łazienki. Brak dostępu do Wi-Fi w pokoju (byliśmy na drugim piętrze.

Hotel umiejscowiony blisko plaży ok. 2 minut pieszo. Pokoje wyremontowane z klimatyzacją i małą lodówką. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Śniadania w większości na słodko np. owoce, ciasteczka, croissanty, płatki owsiane, jogurty. Ze słonych przekąsek były jajka na twardo, sery, szynka i salami.

Brak haczyków w łazience na ręczniki oraz półek na kosmetyki. W efekcie nie było, gdzie zawiesić mokrych ręczników.

Super netter Leute im Service und an der Rezeption! Zentrale Lage, 5 min zu Fuß vom Strand. Für italienische Verhältnisse ordentliches Frühstück, nicht nur ein trockenes Croissant, sonder kleines Buffet mit Saft, Kuchen, Muffins, frischen Brot, Käse und Wurst. Sogar Früchte und Müsli.

Kein Aufzug. Witness the fitness. Hellhörige Wände. Ich habe die Zimmernachbarn schnarchen hören, ha ha. Am Wochenende voll gebucht mit Italienern. Betrunkene, schreiende Youngsters im Nachbarzimmer mit Lärm bis 5:00am, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Ottima posizione, ottima qualità- prezzo (ci hanno dato stanze ristrutturate Non ho idea di come siano quelle più datate) rispetto alla media in zona Receptionist disponibile anche quando abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza per un piccolo inconveniente

All'arrivo tutti molto carini, anzi ci hanno contattato perchè c'era traffico in autostrada ed erano in pensiero. Camera pulita e tutta ristrutturata. Da tornare !
