In summer time could be good choice, because of sea and beach

Not easy to get to closest cities by public transport- it takes time and extra money. To get breakfest was very difficult because there was not menu or something what you can take, but we needed to ask bring as something to staff who did not speak in English, we tried with google translator- but even that was hard.

Good position close to sea. Room with a nice view.

Chaotic reservation of the sun bed on the beach. We have to ask 3 people to give us a right information where we can stay on the beach. They charge us 25 Eur for 2 sunbed. Quite expensive.. The receptionist was friendly but no customer service. He didn't give us any information how it works on the beach with the reservation. Terrible choice on the breakfast. No fresh fruit and veggies. Very poor. Small bathroom

Back to the 70's hotel by the ocean

There are plenty of paid parking just outside but we drove a bit further and also find free parking spots. It is right in front of the free beach (which, in this part of the world, is not a given thing). The staff were courteous and helpful, especially the lady at the breakfast service. Breakfast was ok too, by the pool. We had the ocean view room, it was amazing to stay this close to the ocean and so close to the shops and promenade.

The property seem to have had its glory days in the past, a bit dated in presentation, but otherwise all clean. The room had even more outdated feeling than the rest of the property and the AC didn't feel like it worked. Thank goodness for the ocean view though!

Capri La qualità-prezzo non corrisponde alle aspettative. L’hotel è un vero albergo datato, ma questo non giustifica alcune mancanze: • Bagnodoccia che si otturava • Caloriferi e balcone arrugginiti con presenza di ragnatele • Colazione molto povera e di bassa qualità (non abbiamo pranzato né cenato, ma la colazione è stata sufficiente per farsi un’idea) Nota positiva per la reception: due ragazze molto gentili ed empatiche, sempre disponibili. Meno curato invece il personale della colazione, poco presentabile e da rivedere. La piscina non è un servizio all’altezza: sporca e con scarsa manutenzione. Il vero valore aggiunto dell’albergo è la terrazza panoramica all’ultimo piano, davvero meritevole. Nel complesso, consiglio questa struttura principalmente a ospiti di una certa età, meno indicata per famiglie e giovani. Si tratta esclusivamente di un parere personale e quindi soggettivo. Aproape de plajă, apartament spațios, aer condiționat, cada cu duș, chicinetă cu masină de spălat vase, aragaz, cuptor cu microunde, ustensile de bucătărie.

Apartamentele sunt de maxim 2 stele.Desi pe site scria că se asigură menaj zilnic in regim hotelier, la fața locului am aflat că serviciile de curățenie sunt contra cost! Mai mult, nu am găsit nici un produs de igienă la baie sau bucătărie: hârtie igienică, săpun, șampon etc. Atenție: Hotelul nu asigură sezlonguri la plajă !

Titolare intrispettoso e scorretto nei confronti del cliente e di booking

La posizione.. Scendevamo ed eravamo sul mare.

Pagato per una camera superiore vista mare e il titolare ci ha messi in una Classic vista palazzo solo perché indispettito che avevamo prenotato tramite Booking.com. Fatto diversi reclami facendo presente che avevamo anche una bambina di 6 mesi (cosa specificata nella prenotazione) per essere spostato ma non abbiamo ottenuto nulla non ci ha voluto spostare, anzi ci ha preso in giro dicendo che quella era la camera che avevamo prenotato e che comunque non aveva altre camere libere, cosa smentita dalle diverse ragazze in reception che mortificante ci hanno chiesto più volte scusa per la maleducazione e per la furbizia del loro titolare. Farò un bel reclamo perché voglio essere risarcito!
