Very average and wouldn’t repeat, staff friendly

The location was good and the staff really friendly, there is some good effort visible, unfortunately not enough.

We got a really small room overlooking the AC machines on the wall and a messy yard, when we asked for a room overlooking the beautiful park across which was why we chose Villa Grazia, we were told they were full and we only saw one more family in the 16 rooms at the property. The room is really outdated, super small, no room for a suitcase anywhere, the bathroom is tiny, not clean enough, 20 cm from the bottom of the bed, so u can hear everything from the room and vice versa. The door to the room does not reach the floor fully so all the sounds are heard in the room and we were next to the elevator. Breakfast was 1 small croissant per person, 1 slice of bread, 1 coffee and some packed jam and nutella, 1 joghurt. No extra bed for our child plus there wouldn’t be any room for it.

We would return again!

It was very clean, the rooms were absolutely perfect for what you need in a beach location. very quite during the night but still only one street behind the restaurants, shops and bars. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised for what we found at this price! The mattress and cushions were very nice to sleep in and the air-con was located in a way in the room that it wouldn’t blow directly on your head. It felt like someone had actually really taken some time to think about what a client needs. Also outside was a really cute terrace to sit if someone wanted to and they had a restaurant which looked delicious.

Good location, near the beach, not so far from train station, grocery store and pizza place near. There is also restaurant down on the first floor. We didn't have a food,but it looks good.

We had a room that was quite small, but when you are spending just one night it's not a problem. Problem was a lot of noise from the outside. We had a room to the park, it was Friday night, and noise from people were until midnight. Noise from cars but mostly motorcycles was sometimes unbearable. Another bad point, but not for villa. But for City. We were on a train trip and wanted to spent a night near the sea, after visiting Pisa, but we were pretty disappointed, because you can go to the beach, only when you paid. We wanted just to go for a walk in the evening and it was strange. Luckily we found a spot when we were able to be there, but it was maybe 20min from here. In the morning, when we went to check out. There were anybody on reception, I had to find someone because we were leaving for a train. Maybe you just need to put a bell on reception desk for future. But the stay was good. Thank you.

Good budget getaway

It's an old hotel but yet the bathrooms and walls have been refurbished and look like new, we stayed on a double room with private bathroom it was a bit tight but at the end was comfortable, Viareggio is very expensive I don't know why, so this was the best option price, quality, location, if you are in a budget this is the place to go and you will have a good time, they also have plans that include 2 meals, I didn't tried it but look very fresh and smelled delicious

Villa Grazia è in una posizione davvero ideale: vicinissima al mare, a pochi minuti a piedi dal porto e con tutti i servizi comodamente raggiungibili senza usare l’auto. Molto comoda anche la tariffa agevolata per il parcheggio. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile e la struttura pulita

Le dimensioni della camera erano piuttosto ridotte; viaggiando con la nostra bambina di due anni, lo spazio a disposizione risultava limitato e ci si muoveva con una certa difficoltà.

Hotel comodo e centrale

Hotel in pieno centro, comodissimo a tutto, vicinissimo al parco con i noleggi bici e al lungomare. Gentilissimo il personale, mi è stato anche permesso di recuperare degli indumenti dimenticati sul balcone molte ore dopo il check-out.

Buona soluzione per chi viaggia da solo. Ho soggiornato a Viareggio in occasione del Lucca Comics 2025 e l'hotel ha funzionato perfettamente come appoggio. Colazione buona e stanza singola abbastanza confortevole.

Ho prenotato una stanza singola con bagno privato esterno. Il bagno era un po' piccolo e senza il bidet. Altra cosa poco piacevole è stato il cigolare della struttura del letto, a tratti insopportabile.

Bella vacanza, ma camera da rivedere

Personale molto disponibile, ottima posizione per raggiungere il lungomare, le spiagge e la pineta. Difficoltoso trovare parcheggio. Ristorante molto buono.

Camera estremamente piccola e datata, con muffa e pareti rovinate, nonché diversi dettagli della camera rotti o non funzionanti, le foto traggono un po' in inganno. Ascensore piccolissimo. Colazione sufficiente ma migliorabile.
