Great short stay to explore the region

The room was very nice, great Wi-Fi, great AC. Breakfast was very good, and the owner was accommodating and nice. I particularly liked the location - it's conveniently located close to the train station in Viareggio, which is perfect for exploring and travelling around the region. The beach and the promenade were close as well with many shops and supermarkets around.

The location was convenient to reach the station, the communication was very smooth Although the room was not that big, it had everything one may need and was very ergonomic and convenient to use :)

The bed was not long enough - to be considered for people 185+ height The city itself is not worth visiting - worst experience ever in Italy. Skip Viareggio if possible.

Great cosy place were an amazing owner Mirella and her assistant Matilde surround you with care. – The location is just perfect, very close to the station which is crucial if you have havy luggage – Bed was super comfy and the street was very quiet so I managed to have a proper rest during the night – Shower is a bit small but still very clean and stylish – Fast WiFI

Ottimo soggiorno per una notte in due persone. La struttura è accogliente e ben tenuta, perfetta per un breve soggiorno. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata molto amichevole, disponibile e gentile, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Unica piccola nota: il frigo in camera faceva un po’ troppo rumore durante la notte. Per il resto, esperienza positiva.

Todo está perfecto, la cama súper cómoda, las sábanas y toallones impecable. Los mejores detalles. Muy buena atención y la ubicación genial cerca de la estación de tren. Súper pero súper recomendable!!!

Joli nid douillet à la mer

La gentillesse et l’accueil de notre hôte. L’emplacement littéralement à 3mn de la gare et à 10mn à pied de la mer via la grande rue commerçante. Très bon équipement de la chambre qui était d’une propreté remarquable. Elle est équipée d’une bouilloire et d’un mini frigo très pratique ! Le balcon est un +. Le petit déjeuner est une collation sucrée bien agréable avant d’attaquer la journée.

La struttura è completamente nuova è dotata di tutti i comfort. La stanza è pulitissima e la biancheria è di ottima qualità . La signora Mirella è sempre attenta alle necessità dei clienti. Inoltre si trova a pochi minuti dalla stazione in modo da potersi muovere velocemente.

È stata una bellissima esperienza. La proprietaria è estremamente cordiale e ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Sono rimasto particolarmente colpito dal livello di pulizia della camera, dalla comodità del letto e dalla colazione ben variegata.

Ein kleines Juwel in Viareggio

Es war herrlich! Eine wunderbar herzliche Gastgeberin (super Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts), ein liebevoll hergerichtetes Frühstück (Croissant, süßes Gebäck, frisches Obst, Joghurt, Kaffee) und eine tolle Lage: Die Unterkunft ist 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Bahnhof entfernt und somit idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Man ist in ca. 10 Minuten am Meer, beim Fahrradverleih und hat Bäckereien, Restaurants sowie Geschäfte in der Nähe. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist auf dem neuesten Stand. Es gibt elektrische Jalousien, mit denen man das Zimmer vollständig abdunkeln kann. Das Bett war bequem und ich habe mich insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Da fällt mir nichts ein – es war alles bestens 😊

La proprietaria è una persona a dir poco deliziosa. Disponibile, cordiale, gentile. Ti fa sentire coccolata e importante. E cosa dire del gusto con cui ha arredato la sua struttura? pazzesco!!! Aggiungo che è difficile trovare strutture che ti facciano sentire bene quanto a casa. Le lenzuola profumano di bucato, la colazione ti riporta alle coccole dell'infanzia. Consiglio assolutamente!

Het was Perfect! De hostess was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was precies goed en op z'n Italiaans. Kamer was perfect met goed bed en eigen wasruimte. Werd goed schoon gehouden. En de lokatie was ideaal met klein balkonnetje. Je was zo bij het station en ook zo bij de zee.

La struttura è a 10 minuti dal mare, quindi comodissima. Inoltre pulitissima, ben curata, le camere sono davvero belle e spaziose e la signora Mirella è una host speciale! Ospitale, gentile e simpatica, ci ha preparato una splendida colazione e ci ha dato indicazioni e consigli sulla città. Inoltre la sua cagnolina Lucia è un amore! Struttura pulita e vicina alla stazione, ma un po' di flessibilità verso il cliente non basterebbe

Posizione vicino alla stazione qualora tu voglia arrivare comoda con i mezzi di trasporto. Struttura pulita, e confortevole il letto, aria condizionata in stanza. Colazione semplice ma direi completa.

La camera è troppo piccola per il prezzo richiesto. Sinceramente ci sono rimasta male quando stamattina alle 9.55 ci hanno fatto un reminder per fare il check out alle 10: premesso che stavamo andando via, ma credo ci vorrebbe un minimo di flessibilità verso il cliente e quantomeno non mettere fretta ancora prima dell'orario di uscita..

Un très joli établissement propre et silencieux. J’ai dormi subliment bien grâce aussi aux volets électriques qui ne laissent pas passer de lumière le matin. Une nuit parfaite.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, ma è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. La struttura è molto pulita, in una posizione ideale e con camere belle e accoglienti. Il letto è comodissimo e la doccia spaziosa. Mirella, l’host, è stata estremamente disponibile e cordiale. Consigliatissimo!

Ho trovato una struttura perfettamente curata, pulita ed accogliente, gestita in maniera estremamente professionale con molta gentilezza e simpatia da parte della proprietà. La camera assegnatami rispondeva a tutte le esigenze, con un ampio spazio di movimento, un letto ben ordinato e comodo, un bagno perfettamente funzionante e una buona insonorizzazione. Assolutamente promosso e consigliato, lo prendo come punto di riferimento per i miei prossimi viaggi a Viareggio.
