Great value for money, just needs a few bits cleaned/fixed to make it perfect.

Huge comfortable bed, hot shower, great location, quiet inside

Lots of road noise. Bathroom very smelly but I opened a window and it was OK the next day. Light fixture hanging from the ceiling and the plug in the bath wouldn't come out easily. Also bedroom floor needed a thorough clean, after 10 minutes bare foot my feet were covered in dust and grit.

Nice flat between station and seafront

Great location about halfway between railway station and seafront. Room was nice enough, with little balcony overlooking street. Simple self check-in instructions.

Very small bathroom - there are 2 different flats on 2 floors, 1 has the bathroom with jacuzzi bath, the other just a shower - and not much space at all. Having to cross landing to bathroom isn't really a problem, as it's still private just for your room. It would have been nice to have more than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper though, which felt a bit mean.

Great stay near the beach!

Perfect location, with restaurants, pizzerias and bars within a very short walk. The room was very comfortable, with a large bathroom on the same floor. Air conditioning in the room was a big plus. Excellent communication with the host and a very easy independent check in/out system.

The Place Is Awesome !

Wonderful location for us. Check in instructions were very accurate. Even with our very-limited internet access before our arrival, communication with the host/property was awesome. Very quick responses when we did have access to the internet. Room and facilities are well done and with quality construction. Location is 1/2 way between the Train Station and The Beach. Around 5 min walk to both.

Could have a small table to have coffee / eat at. But really not an issue.

Perfect stay !

Property is located perfectly , between the sea and the train station. It was a struggle to find something cozy around Cinque terre and I was so happy to find this one , in Viareggio. This is a small town, not crowdy, there is a huge beach, restaurants, promenade, very nice bakeries , pizzerias, caffees. Even the the street markets at one day !So happy with the choice ! Also is much closer to Pisa. Would really recommend this one instead of La Spezia, which is big, loud and full of tourists. The apartment itself was great, not small, with a balcony and wardrobe. where you can keep your luggage. Whole place was super clean ! The bathroom was just opposite to the room , no issues with that as the whole floor is yours. Very comfortable bed and great contact with Luana !

The unit was clean and nice , big enough for a couple however very noisy from the road.

The bathroom located outside the unit. You need to go through main corridor in the building to reach it. Very inconvenient to me.

Our stay in Mazzini Affittacamere was very pleasant. The room was very clean, well kept with a charming little balcony. The location was very accessible to the beach, bars, convenient stores and restaurants . Exceptional

The furniture and bathroom facilities were comfortable, clean and of relatively good quality. The room itself has many storage facilities for a lot of luggage. The accomodation is very centrally located and all important destinations (beach, restaurants and the train station !!!) are easily accesible by foot. For this reasonable price we got more than expected.

Perfect flat near the sea

Perfect location, very helpful and kind host. Very comfortable bed and a lot of towels. Easy check-in and check out. We will definitely come back next year, but for a longer time

Excellent apartment in perfect location

Location was excellent - between the train station and the beach. Balcony was nice and the wardrobe cupboard was very spacious. AC plus a small kettle made the room comfy. Easy check in with a key safe on the door. The bathroom was accessible and very clean.

A small fridge would have been handy.

The location was excellent! We really enjoyed the balcony and air conditioning. Big bathroom outside the room. Overall we liked our three days there very much!

It was quite small room. The door didn’t close properly, had to lock every time. It could use some chairs to use on the balcony and a fridge.
