Safe, comfortable, clean environment, overall a good stay.

Easy access to the apartment & not far from the beach. Ten minutes to a grocery shop. The apartment facing the roadside can be a bit noisy with traffic passing by. Apartments with the bedroom facing the inner court yard is a lot quieter. The apartment was clean, and amenities were adequate. Bed a little hard and a selection of different pillows would help. Despite having 4 pillows on the bed they were all the same…. too soft/flat. walls.

As the floors are all tiled, noise from people above moving the chairs/table can be annoying especially late at night. The proprietor needs to get some soft cushion pads under the chairs/table. Also noise from other residents travels through the walls. Apartment 31 is a lot brighter and more modern than apartment 33. Apartments 33 is a little dark and outdated. The kitchen area is annoying with huge cupboard doors that need to be opened to access the mini kitchen area. Apartment 31, if you pop your head out the window to you see the sea!

Close to the beach, you have all you need for the comfy stay. Supermarket is 8 mins walk, 3 minutes to the beach

Great stay for the carnival

Close to the seafront, shops, restaurants and cafes. Very convenient for the annual Viareggio carnival. Our apartment had a kitchen, bedroom and living room area which were all very comfortable. Large balcony too. Would recommend.

Everything was great. The only minor criticism is that you need to clear your own rubbish before leaving and you need to leave the kitchen clean. Given the total price paid I would expect this to be included.
